“I was very fortunate to have Debbie answer my call today. My son is very sick and a non-patient, but she listened and assisted me by getting me transferred to a 10 star gal Destiny at the Holy Spirit Covid Line who clearly has incredible customer service skills. My son was scheduled for a 9:30 am appointment at the Covid tent and saw a Doctor. As I suspected Strep Throat! Covid test done because of everyone s paranoid about it. You can’t just be sick these days. These ladies clearly care about people and health !!! 10 Stars to them !! Keep in mind I made lots of calls yesterday and no one would see my son without a Covid test first. Grateful to Debbie and Destiny”

“UPMC closed my PCP in East Berlin, so I had to find a new provider. This office is between work and home, so it was convenient. After reading the horrible reviews, I was a little frightened for my first appointment. I was greeted by a very nice woman. I didn’t get her name, but she was recently promoted. I asked about her congrats balloons, so that is how I found out. She welcomed me to the practice. After check in, I pulled out my phone to play a game. My name was called before the game loaded. Ciara (?) took all my vitals, questions & concerns. Rachelle came in a few minutes later. She was wonderful. I could speak openly about my health concerns. She recommended a few options, noted I was overdue for a procedure. I am vitamin D deficient, so I asked for a blood test. At check out, Frannie booked an appointment for my overdue procedure, made sure I had my patient portal and directed me to the lab waiting area. Again, I pulled out my phone & was called before my game loaded. A very sweet woman did my blood draw and I was done. My appointment was at 1:20pm and I was on my way home at 2:00pm. Best experience I’ve ever had at a doctors office. I highly recommend this practice & the friendly staff.”

“I have used this facility since they opened. Times have changed in the time they have been opened. I use this facility for my Mammogram, Blood work and Dr. Boyd in Gynecology. Since COVID the waiting time for blood work does take longer no matter what time you visit facility. The last visit they were training new people. I have never had a rude staff at front desk (cannot say the same about people waiting). Yes, it has taken me longer with blood work, not yearly Mammogram within 15 minutes after signing in.Dr. Boyd, sign in staff, staff working with Dr. Boyd have always treated me with respect and I have never waited more than 30 minutes. My mind set lately is no matter where I visit I expect that I will be waiting. Do I like it NO, but I refuse to being upset on something I cannot control. I never visit the Lab when it first opens as many there are on the way to work and I am retired. Penn State Internal Medicine, Cocoa Ave., Hershey has the same situation.Hiring staff has become a real challenge for everyone.Thank you staff for doing your best during these very difficult times.”
