Love this place! Since moving here, it’s the only place we use for oil changes. They really are quick and efficient, usually done in just 10 minutes, and the price is great. However, avoid purchasing a Groupon for discounts I repeat- DO NOT PURCHASE GROUPON FOR DISCOUNT!! —it impacts their business. Despite this, they will work with you and honor the Groupon

A few friends recommended I try this location and I’m glad I did! It truly took just 10 minutes, their price was way cheaper than my local auto place, and the service was fantastic! Jim and Derick went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. We’ll absolutely be back!

I had previously left a good review, but something has definitely changed here. It seems to be a common theme that people are leaving with problems that didn't exist before visiting Costa. My car started idling rough shortly after having my oil changed here. I took it in for service and the problem was identified as the oil being very overfilled. Diagnostics cost me $154. I will not be using Costa in the future.

If I could give them 0 stars I would.
Save your money went in there for an oil change and came out with a $3000 repair bill on my wife's durango. They over torqued the oil filter housing and broke it and said nothing. Wife got home with the oil pressure light on and oil all over the driveway less than 3 miles from their dillsburg location . After multiple attempts to contact management and district managers we had to eat the cost of the repair. For a month we tried to contact them and nothing. Poor service poor workmanship terrible ownership.

Moving bases from Alaska to PA I stopped in to get my oil changed before I got to my next duty location. Immediately after they changed the filter and oil, I lost oil pressure. Technician changed the filter and oil again...no oil pressure. He said he didn't know what was wrong with it and told me to go to a mechanic, which I obviously did. After troubke shooting, the Mechanic sends me a picture of a new oil filter housing and the one that was on my truck. Costa Oil broke it. Came all the way back to dillsburg from my new duty location to pick my truck up and stopped by Costa to repay me. They refused and took no ownership of it. Refused to admit they broke it. Shockingly, I just drove across the entire US, thru Canada and I've never had a problem with the truck. Pull in there for an oil and filter change and it doesn't work? Ridiculous. Own the fact you made a mistake and fix it. Additionally, they told me I got ripped off from the mechanic and should have went to autozone to get a new filter housing. Kinda hard to do that when i dont live here and i have no tools and my truck is in the shop. Same guy that broke it then said i shouldn't have taken it to a mechanic and should have called Costa...I'm livid and will never go back.

First time customers. Just had our oil changed in our jeep and they were amazing. We didn’t even realize they were going to top off other fluids as a courtesy. We were in and out in less than 10 minutes. Very kind, hard working. Both husband and I agreed that they will be our go-to for future needs! Thank you Costa Oil!

I was less than thrilled with the service I received and the lack of even knowing what kind of oil they should be putting in my car. That's your job.
But it got topped off when I drove away and heard thumping with every tire revolution. A bolt/screw they left laying around got stuck in my tire. I was told someone higher up would reach out to me on Monday. I sent an email as requested. I've heard nothing from them. Not one word. It's been over 2 weeks.
Their employees had tried to push it off as something that had been there for a while, so not true. I heard it loud and clear as soon as it got in my tire- from their shop. I haven't seen any care for their customers and won't be going back. I encourage everyone to find somewhere better to go.

Quick easy 10 minute oil change, filter was included in on the price. Great deal. Added washer fluid and put air in the tires. I've had experience at a lot of different companies and so far this was a good one. I'll definitely be back.
