They made the entire process, from quote to repair to pick-up, extremely easy. They handled everything payment-wise through the other driver's insurance company. The actual repair took less than 2 days, but it looks brand new. They also gave my car a good cleaning which was much appreciated!”
“Rick does a wonderful job. My car had inches of water in the bottom which came in through the trunk. Another detailer actually recommended Rick saying that Rick specialized in "water destruction." It took a long time to determine where the water was coming in and to get it fixed. I was also never big on taking care of my car before the water damage. My car was beyond disgusting. Rick promised me a new car and he was true to his promise. He got all of the mold, filth stains and smell out of the car and carpet. The outside and under the wheels look great. It was well worth the money even if not for the water damage and I think I am going to get him to clean my car on an annual basis. I love my new car and can't thank him enough. His service is wonderful A++++ and prices reasonable. Thanks you so much Rick.”
“I had my 4Runner front bumper previously repaired by Car Star Fred bean , just few weeks later, the bumper started peeling off by each day it was getting worse.
And when I had to go back to them asking them to fix it they wouldn’t take it , the manager there (G) started accusing my tires , saying it’s your tires making this bumper not stay , I couldn’t believe such an irrational approach!!
Even for me who’s not a professional in car dealership I wouldn’t think that way especially after telling him that my tires have been on the car for more than 2 years !!
But I thank Gloria the Manager at Autobodies by Lucas ,a very wonderful lady, they really do work here with perfection !!after my insurance (State Farm )came in , my car was assessed there and she made it fixed correctly ,all the mess caused by Car Star !!
And the interesting part is that the bill was send to to car star.

“When I got into a minor fender-bender, I ended up calling shops all over town to see who might be able to give me an estimate within the month. Brenner offered the soonest estimate, and their associate was able to compare the estimated costs of repairs with insurance and out of pocket for me. I really appreciated the time they took to explain things and offer options, as I’m not super knowledgeable about cars. Then when my car’s repairs were nearing completion with an estimated finish of the next day, I told them I’d be working a 12 hour shift then, and they hurried to have it ready for me by the end of the day so I wouldn’t have to pay for another day with a rental. My car looks perfect, and I really appreciate how kind and helpful everyone at Brenner has been at every turn. I’ll definitely be recommending Brenner to any friends or family needing repairs or body work on their vehicles!”

“I’m not from the area, I live in South Carolina, so I had scheduled an appointment through my insurance for SafeLite to come to my hotel while I am in the area, since my windshield had cracked. Setting up the appointment took minutes and it was fully covered by my insurance. When Weston arrived, he had completed the whole ordeal in about 30 minutes. I forgot to remove my EZPass from my old windshield and he did so for me, and placed it back on the new one. He explained to me why the windshield may have cracked, and I asked him about my defrosters in the back window and he had informed me how to reconnect the wires from the inside of my car, and where to get the part. And if I couldn’t do it like that, informed me I would need a new back window. Very polite and very prompt with the work! I’m a new driver, so filing a claim with my insurance was easy and Weston made the work getting done an even easier process.”
