No issues with our salesman, he was great, however I do have some other issues I was not happy about. 1. The night we went to look at the car and put a deposit down, we come outside to leave and there is a new paint chip in the door that was not there before we went inside. It was brought to the salesman's attention and he said they would fix it. When we went to pick the car up, not only did they just put a glob of touch up paint over the chip, they didn't bother to try and remove the dent that was created when the paint chip happened. Then when I asked to transfer my license plate the guy try to tell me he could save me money by getting me a new plate. That was an absolute lie because he knew I had a few months left on my current registration. Made me feel like he was just trying to get more money from me. And last but not least when we went to leave with the car they left us with completely empty gas tank. So empty that it didn't even register 1 mile until empty. They did end up putting gas in it for us after I asked but never in my life have I bought a car from a dealer and them not put gas in it.

This was single handedly the most uncomfortable and unprofessional experience i have ever had at a car dealership. I was unable to purchase my car on the first day I test drove it, when I returned the next day with my friend, who happened to be a man, everything changed. The sales team asked if that was my boyfriend/husband which was extremely inappropriate. The conversation was then directed at my male friend even though I am purchasing the car independently. The payment changed from the day before and the terms presented were absolutely ridiculous. The blatant sexism and shift in attitude was so uncomfortable. I asked why the payment had changed and to see it written on paper and the finance manager literally showed me a post it with a monthly payment written on it, THATS IT. I was then shown and APR 3% higher through the same institution that I was already approved from, check in hand. The salesman never came back to speak to me again once he overheard my disgust when speaking with the finance manager. I asked several questions that weren't able to be answered and was asked to provide my own credit score after I was given the inflated APR. I was repeatedly offered a drink after i refused several times and asked not to be asked again. The entire process was truly embarrassing for his company. I have never felt more blatantly disrespected because of being a woman. It's 2024, I make more than you do and my credit score is excellent, you need to do better. I will never buy a car from this dealership and would advise all other women to do the same.

Almost everything was great and they were honest with my trade in appraisal. The salesman Levi, was friendly and helpful the entire time. He didn't pressure us or try to upsell. The thing that takes away a star is that we waited alone for about 2 hours just waiting to finish the financing on the new car I was purchasing.

I have always owned two vehicles but when I traded my Malibu in on a Corvette Stingray Convertible, I immediately went down to 1 1/2 vehicles as the Corvette is stored 6 months of the year due to the weather. I was really missing having 2 vehicles as I was now down to my SUV which is not the easiest on gas. One day I was looking on the internet for cars good on gas when a new arrival popped up from Bob Ruth Ford. It was a 2019 Toyota Camry with 16,000 miles. I was immediately interested, called the dealership and spoke to a salesman who sent me all the information on the car and the CarFax report. We drove over 2 hours to look at, drive and purchase the Toyota. I was very happy with the service I received and how accommodating everyone was. There was a hard sell on the extended warranty and when I turned it down, they came up with a so-called better one than the "best" one they originally showed me. The experience with the extended warranty was the only disappointing part of the whole transaction. However, once settled, the experience was a positive one.

They tried to SCAM in on cost/taxes, then on what they first said in an email they were going to do but later took it back at a cost to me at 1K! Buyer Beware!!!

My husband's dream car popped up on his Facebook and just happened to be at Bob Ruth Ford. We live over an hour away and decided to go take a look. Just as we pulled in, the best salesman came over to help. Nick Wuchenich was extremely knowledgeable about Mustangs. Everyone was eager to help us! We had an excellent buying experience from start to finish!

I bought out of state. Worked with me on buy part mostly. But after sale was over. I had a few issues with the transaction in general. Salesman complete ghosted me. And stoped responding. It was simple issues but I guess once the salesman gets his deal done and gets his money. He doesn't care anymore.
