Doug made our process so smooth- from working with my very indecisive mind, he was not pushy and worked with our schedules to show us all he offers. Doug and Brandon were both a pleasure to work with. We had LVP flooring installed in our upstairs and all the bedrooms as well as both stair sets. Had a few issues that came up and they were quick and more than willing to help fix the problem. Would highly recommend 3rd Gen for your flooring needs.

We had them do 3 separate jobs, 2 separate flooring areas and backsplash in new kitchen. Very pleased, will consider for any future work and recommend to others. Easy to work with, good value for price and great work ethic.
