Store and employees are great, company is awful. They were the only internet provider in the area and as such, increased my bill every year. I signed up with verizon as soon as it was available and pay 50% of the bill for 150% internet speed. Comcast xfinity is a horrible company who exploits customers at every opportunity.

They responded to this that I can contact customer support… GOOD LUCK GETTING A REAL PERSON!!! The bot wouldn’t allow me to connect to a human. ANOTHER 30 MINUTES WASTED!!!
Closed store early and would not let us in even though we were within normal hours and just 5 minutes after the new close. From an hour away and just needed to drop off equipment… they said I will be billed for equipment not dropped off within 2 days. Have had to call to cancel twice and still got charged for the month and internet still works despite service cancelled 2 days ago.

When my husband and I went to this xfinity store, an employee named Ralph took care of us. He was an excellent xfinity employee he really went above and beyond and gave us the best deal on 2 new cellphones. Wonderful experience. Also another employee named jt was very helpful also.

Returning my older equipment! I was in and out in 5 minutes! Parked right in front of the store! Good service and easy! I believe the gentleman that took care of me, his name was Ralph! Plus I also went around 4:00 and it wasn't busy at all!

You scumbags signed me up for mobile service without my consent.now I have had to spend over 3 hours speaking to your customer service line trying to get my money back. Terrible terrible company. I will be switching to Starlink ASAP.

The worst store ever. My account has been compromised for 7 months. With 180 calls to xfinity and as of today, another 3 calls made. I was told by Xfinity that in order to stop the constant hacking, get their phone. Well, I did this after the bs for over 6 months. As of today, went to attempt to make a payment, somebody's name is on my phone account. I have all their information but, this other person has all of my information. I had to close all my banking information, again!!! Xfinity sent me a letter of my account being compromised and finally acknowledged this after 6 months, but blaming me cause I didn't keep my account secure. I everything possible to secure everything. This is when I purchased their phone. I attempted to go back in the store and talk to the person who sold me the phone, I had a witness with me. She asked me who, I pointed to him. She then yelled me in front everyone in the store saying a bunch of crap which was very unprofessional. I had questions that needed to be answered. I walked out because everyone in the store was looking at me. I am disabled and have limited transportation. As of today, I was told to go back to the store by Xfinity tech support to straighten out all the new mess which is not my doing or fault. I am unable to get to the store for another week cause of my compromised account, due to my transportation issues. Tech support at xfinity will not help me because of all the hacking of my account. Xfinity is at fault here and was and still is. I wanted to put a VPN on my account. I was told, why? They have the best security. Are you kidding. I even filed with the FCC and an ignorant service tech investigator from Xfinity all me. He said he found nothing. Well, Xfinity, you were wrong. The HACKER was located in Georgia. No apologies from Xfinity. And now another hacked account with my phone , and I have to go back to these idiots again. Someone needs to get other choices for internet providers for this area. Xfinity takes advantage of this and we have to deal with the incompetence of the Xfinity service and this store. Without me and my payments, these people would not be paid. To be treated the way that I have been and still being treated now is very unprofessional!
