“This is our go-to place when visiting family nearby. Always decorated for the holidays. Lobby and dining area clean as could be. Has a small gym with all the basics. Pool seems good, but we haven't used it. We wanted the hot tub, but our last 2 visits, it wasn't working. A little more expensive than a nearby hotel but worth it if you want to enjoy the hotel more than just a place to sleep.Rooms: Light and airyWalkability: Can walk to food and even some stores if you like a short walk. Not many sidewalks but all "across" the street.Food & drinks: Breakfast is plentiful and stays open a decent amount of time.”

“A Volunteer Fire Company located in Dickson City, Lackawanna County, PA that has a banquet hall for community social functions. The hall can accommodate approximately 175 people with padded folding chairs and rectangular folding tables, the banquet hall also has a built in speaker system and a projection screen and both fluorescent and incandescent lighting. The fire company members can also cater your event. Funds generated by the use of their banquet hall are used to buy valuable fire and rescue equipment and training to serve the residents of Dickson City and surrounding communities.
