I drove 30 miles one way and visited the store. I purchased two dresses. I paid at the counter. I took my dresses, put them into my car and drove home. Only upon my arrival I realized that one of the dresses still has a tag protecting from theft attached. So annoying! Now I’d need to drive 30 miles back one way and try to convince them I actually bought it there. I already got rid of the receipt, I never keep them. Now I would feel like a thief walking into the store and asking them to remove the tag. Such an inconvenience!!! As a mother with a young child I really don’t have time to drive back and forth, not mentioning the gas money. The clerks at the cashier should pay more attention and complete their job from A to Z. They are the ones putting the tags on the clothing, so they should pay attention and remove it. I trust they do their job properly so I don’t check after them. Well… now I guess I will have to because of this incident. If I lived in the area that wouldn’t be a big deal, but you’re just wasting about 1.5 hour of my day and my gas money to return to the store. Please always check for the tags, when people pay for the items they shouldn’t go through an inconvenience of returning to the store just to be able to use the clothing.

Decided to clean out my closet? spring cleaning took about 30 L.V bags and Gucci bags here I received a pretty good amount for my bags I was happy if I didn't like the price we negotiate and they was very helpful to make me happy and the staff here is amazing very bubbly and always welcome you with a warm smile upon arrival ?I normally go to my other private seller from Texas and Wisconsin but I decided to support locally and I'm happy I did ?I give them two Thumbs up

I thought this place was great to shop at a few years ago especially to take clothing for credit or cash. This last time the parking lot smelled so bad like sewage and they were rude about taking any of my clothing saying they smelled lol maybe they should step outside ? I think ill pass on going back in the future

I have sold clothes here several times but they don't pay much for clothing. They do have a variety of high end items for sale. I have purchased several beautiful bags for great prices.

Decent prices and clothing selection. However please be careful with returns. I made a return for $42 and swiped my card as asked. However, in my bank, I only got $36 returned to me. Unfortunately. I can't find my receipt. Just watch your returns, please.

The sales girl Paige was the absolute sweetest and most hardworking salesperson I think I have ever encountered in a retail store. Even though she was working on the floor, she took time out to help and answer my questions. She was concerned about my experience in the store and wanted to make sure I was satisfied with her answers and her customer service.

They do not ship their online orders fast. It takes them 3-4 business days to drop the packages off. It’s very inconvenient!!!

Went in with a bag of Athleta , Lululemon, J Crew and Lilly Pulitzer. Most new with tags. Was offered $40. People with American Eagle and Old Navy were offered more money and it wasn’t even stuff in good shape. Manager is rude as well. High end bags were fakes. I own many so I know of what I speak.
