When going to Pronko I was very lost on engagement rings and what to expect. Laura was able to assist on finding the perfect ring and was very knowledgeable on every setting we reviewed. I was able to customize and build the perfect engagement ring and the team was super communicative and swift during the whole process keeping me updated on every step. My fiancé loves it and we could not be any happier with the ring that was created for us. Thank you again to all the people who helped me out at Steve Pronko and turned a stressful experience into a wonderful one.

I was devastated when I damaged my engagement ring and I didn’t know where to turn. After doing some research and asking for recommendations I was referred to Steve Pronko Jewelers. I’m so glad I decided to have them help me. Not only was Laura so kind, understanding and helpful they had my best interest at heart. They were very thorough explaining to me everything they would do to help fix my ring. The communication and customer was top notch. When I picked up my ring I almost cried, not only did they repair it, I think it looked even more beautiful! I highly recommend them and definitely will be a devoted customer in the future.

Took my ring to get a prong replaced. They set expectations on timing and pricing right up front. They also said if anything unexpected was discovered during the repair they would notify me immediately. The ring was ready a week sooner than promised and the cost was right where they said it would be. They cleaned it beautifully and even added the brushed gold back to my band that had worn off. It was a great surprise and I was so more than happy. Expectations exceeded and I will definitely be going back!!

Excellent Customer Service which is exceedingly rare these days. Nick was able to repair my gold earrings in a few days and for less than half of what several other jewelers quoted. I try to support family owned businesses whenever I can. Thank you Nick and everyone else at Pronko's for a job well done. ?

What a wonderful surprise to find a great jewelry store with honest and friendly people. Went in today thinking I was going to have to spend a ton of money on resetting some diamond earrings, only to find the solution to my hanging earring woes was an easy fix. I brought in a gold chain that I inherited from my dad to have the clasp fixed. Very timely repair and gave credit for the the broken clasp for the gold weight. Great service and reasonable prices.

Me and my husband bought my engagement ring and wedding rings here 30 years. Great and professional service. Explained everything thoroughly about my diamond and explained all the different characteristics that my diamond possessed. Well 30 years later ready for a more updated setting. Once again everything was explained with great and professional service. When I got the rings back I was blown away as the rings exceeded my expectations!! They are breathtaking!! Truly was a 5 star experience from start to finish. I chose Steve Pronko Jewelers when buying my engagement ring due to a recommendation from a friend and I was not disappointed. Laura does an excellent job walking you through the process from start to finish. I never felt pressured and ended up with the ring I wanted at the price I wanted. Communication with staff was always prompt and they were able to get everything ready to meet my timeline. Even the re sizing process was a breeze. We were able to drop it off and pick it up within a day. I could not be happier!

This was by far the most comfortable jeweler that we have been to. As soon as you walk through they door, they made you feel like family. As someone who doesn’t know a lot about jewelry, they were more than patient with me and took the time to let me try so many styles on and answer all of my questions.
