I went in staples to make a copy. The machines were a filthy mess you could see the dust/debris built up on the machine. When I tried to use the bathroom it was looked and would have to ask for a key to use it.

The two gentlemen that helped me with choosing an office chair were extremely helpful. There was a chair that was not on display but available in the box. The associate offered to assemble the chair at the store for me to try out. Once I made the decision, the associates brought the chair to the front while I finished my shopping. I was given very detailed description about the insurance on the purchase. I wish I could remember both the associates names so I could thank them again for the help and inform the store manager of the great job they did.

Very impressed by the customer service at this Staples in Dickson city PA . I called the day before to inquire about merchandise . they had what I needed and girl offered to hold it at the counter for me to pick up the following day. Following day I picked it up I went to the wrong counter they sent me to the right counter and I couldn’t be more impressed by Carrie. She spoke to me the day before and wanted to make sure I had what I needed .she insisted on checking me out at her register to expedite my check out experience. she asked me if i needed anything else she was very polite ,engaged in conversation and was professional and knowledgeable .please give her accolades

Worst Staples I ever been too. The cashier was totally incompetent. We couldn't find the postal scales and when we inquired about their location, two different employees told us "I don't know. They are somewhere over there".

I had completely forgotten about my sisters Welcome sign for her bridal shower on 8/14/21. I stopped in 8/13/21 around 7:30pm in a panic, running on fumes, and hoping someone could assist me in the wonderful world of digital downloads. Lauren assisted me and assured me it would be ready the next morning! Thank you! You were a life saver!

Horrible customer service.I came in a week ago to get labels printed and the girl working the printing area had no clue how to print labels which is a pretty basic print job. I prepaid and requested a refund after, since I couldn’t get my labels done. It’s been a week since I requested a refund and still haven’t haven’t received it. I also spoke to the manager who said she was new to the store and said I would either have to come into the store or possibly wait 20 days for my refund, which is a absolutely ridiculous!

I brought my 16 month old laptop in because it wasn't starting up. Anthony quickly diagnosed the problem as a probable fried motherboard, which I'd suspected. Although I'd also purchased a warranty, I had no idea where I'd saved my paperwork. Anthony and his manager spent quite a lot of time on the phone with other locations (because I couldn't even remember where I'd purchased it) searching receipts going back three years. Eventually, I remembered that my paperwork had been safely stashed in my lock box; but, I made the decision to just bite the bullet and purchase a new laptop. Anthony searched for every available discount and even made arrangements to transfer all of my files from my old laptop onto the new one...for Free! When it came to knowledge of his products and matching them to the needs of the customer, Anthony excelled. Between the tech support and the customer assistance, this was, by far, the best store experience I've ever had.
