I buy the products but I don't stay for long. I get the feeling I'm not welcome. The staff is friendly to some of the customers but not all. I'm not going to shop there as much and go elsewhere when I find what I need for the same price.

I think whoever owns this Sam's Club location needs to remind their employees that they also represent the store. Especially in the customer service area, it's your job to help the customers not make them feel like a hassle for even coming to you.

Nothing has really changed in 4years I've been here, except social distancing. Comparing it with COSTCO in NJ, prices are about the same except for gasoline, which is higher in Lackawanna County.
