Great people work at this location so this review isn't on them but the company as a whole. I've just moved back to PA from NC and the mobile banking app and login for online banking on the website always seem to be down at the most inconvenient times. Being able to check my finances matter especially during this big of a life event and it's extremely anxiety inducing to be on a time crunch due to the move and not being able to see how much money I have. It's a shame that the banks control this aspect of life and never seem to have it up to date and working when it's needed.

This bank is shady don't do business with them!!! I've had to report them to the better business bureau. I have a personal loan with them and when I tried to pay it off the stated it's my fault that the account information I gave them was incorrect when in fact it's their phone lines that skip while talking. They continue to charge me interest on my loan while they "looked into it". They also messed up my credit while they were supposedly looking at the issue. They did NOT call back when they stated they would which caused the payment to be "late" which accumulated more interest even though I tried to handle this situation long before payment was even due. They refuse to allow customers to speak to a manager and their customer service representatives shouts at you and will try to talk over you. I am warning everyone not to do business with this company.

I have been doing business with this bank for years the service is OUTSTANDING and the tellers and bank managers couldn't be more helpful..The bank makes you feel like family...the whole staff will go above and beyond to help with anything.

I love doing business with their Bank the tellers there are fantastic they remember your name and greet you with a smile every time you walk in or go through the drive-thru

When I was new to the area I needed a local bank (Bank of America isn't in the area). Formally PennStar, the tellers easily set me up with what I needed and everything was taken care of quickly. Their credit/debit card has no monthly fees and some locations are open both Saturday and Sunday!
