“Originally booked through Expedia and there was an issue but not on holiday inn’s end. Even though the mix up was Expedia’s fault the front desk staff were eager to help and reached out to Expedia to clear the situation up. Our weekend stay was great and the breakfast was really good too.”

“Out of all the locations, Hilton has the offer in this area. This location is the best. Your room is cleaned and taken care of daily. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. The lovely young lady that runs breakfast service in the morning is outstanding
And is always smiling. Giving at the front desk is very welcoming.
I have hit several of your local restaurants and advised the manager that Her staff would benefit from having knowledge and relationships with some of these restaurants. The gym is open till midnight. But the pool closes at twelve I do wish the pool would stay open till twelve as well.”

“Rooms: The room on the first floor was spacious with only a window to the inside of the building, not to the outside. There was also a frosted barn door to the bathroom that didn't close all the way which was a little awkward. Otherwise not bad.

Nearby activities: Nice access to the highway

Walkability: None

Food & drinks: Nice bar area but all food and drink are extra

Noteworthy details: Weird bathroom door.
No outside windows.”

“I would love to give this venue 5 stars. The staff and house manager were gracious and attentive, overall the service was excellent. The venue itself was beautiful and well appointed. The food was well made.Unfortunately, my interactions with the event manager and proprietor, Joshua, were less than desirable. On a positive note he was very responsive to my questions throughout my planning process. However, I felt they were curt. The larger problem came the day of with a scheduling error. We contracted the event space in January for a May bridal shower. The invitations were sent for a noon start time. When we arrived at the venue 45 minutes before the contracted time (12pm) the main door was locked. After a frantic moment we found a side door open. I entered to see if anyone was on the premises; there was not. I was told in an email from Joshua (who was not present) that I could come 45 min ahead of time so we started setting up my daughter's bridal shower. About 20 min or so into our set up the other proprietor, Paul, arrived and was visibly and audibly annoyed. He told me my event was not scheduled until 1pm but they would accommodate us. However, I was made to feel that I had made a mistake. Unfortunately, I spent the whole time at my daughter's bridal shower believing I had messed up the time. When I arrived home I pulled the contract up only to find that I indeed had the correct time, 12 noon. When I sent an email to Joshua voicing my concerns, I was simply told that they would let the staff know I wasn't satisfied with the event. To the contrary, I was exceedingly happy with the staff, especially the house manager, although I cannot remember her name; she was wonderful. So, a word of caution when planning an event here. Double check the time. My only mistake in this situation was that on the invoice the start time stated 1pm. I was so concerned with making sure the menu was correct I didn't even notice they had the wrong start time. Even so, I should not have been made to feel like I made a grave error.”

“This is a diamond of a 2 star hotel. The rooms are clean, the beds are clean, and the entire hotel is clean and smells good. The water gets hot immediately, decent water pressure, and the room A/C keeps the place nice and cool. The room has a 40 inch LG TV, plenty of outlets for charging, and a mini fridge.

Now don’t be expecting much from a 2 star hotel breakfast…as the coffee sucks, the meat patties are as hard as a rock, and the eggs look like package frozen eggs lol. It’s fine….at least it was free.

Rooms: Had a 2 bed room with tv, fridge, ac.

Safety: Felt very safe”

“I normally prefer the Residence Inn that is right next door, but it was booked so I have tried this Fairfield Inn a few times. It was not a step down at all. In fact, the breakfast was just as good and the room as spacious (sans kitchen).Mike at front desk was kind and helpful.”

“My friends and I stayed here over Halloween for a concert happening nearby. All of the staff were super friendly and wonderful but especially Christian and Friday! Truly just the sweetest people I've ever met, they both helped me get my friends on the same floor or as close to it as they could and it made our whole weekend so much easier ? Next year I will definitely be staying here again!

Rooms: Rooms are very spacious and well kept.”

“I started off with a bad experience but once I contacted them at the desk they did everything to fix it. They moved me to a new nicer room and were really kind to me. I would really say the customer service was very helpful here. I would stay again. Just for the fact that they went out of their way to make sure that I was comfortable.”

“My girlfriend and I took a mini vacay for the weekend and just checked things out in the area. The hotel did seem dated and was a little disappointed there was no resturaunt or lounge operating that was in the building. The fire alarm went off the first night we stayed because people were making food at like 2am, the pool looked like the scene from Revenge of the Nerds LOL the whole outside pool area was basically a storage trash area”
