Whoever is currently managing the front will cause you to lose customers. I will not come back. It was made clear by your “management “ how she did not want to be there. She was “ going to close early , Do you wanna be there till 10 o’clock , short on workers bla bla bla.. Volvo the only thing she made clear was how much she didn’t wanna be there and how inconvenienced she was by the entire experience….. None of this is your customers problem I needed help getting something off of a shelf that was locked … your manager huffed and puffed while following me to the shelf…then I need help at the self check out, that seemed like a big problem. Finally, I wanted to use a coupon, that wouldn’t work- I felt so put off from her that I didn’t even ask her to come over and help me a third time. So I lost the three dollar coupon I had put into the slot that the computer never applied….And by far!!!! this is not the first interaction I’ve had with this woman. Her whole attitude is not In line with customer service, accommodating people or being of help in anyway… Quite the opposite!

Worst worst worst service ever. I ordered something online and was not ready for 3 days. The customer service told me it will be canceled the next day but when I checked it again, it said I picked it up. Liars. I never received anything that my order was ready and I wasn’t even in town to pick up the order. This is the third time they didn’t get my order ready. If you are not capable, don’t take orders. Never had issues at any other CVS. This one is the worst.

The woman that is up front is the most miserable worker I have EVER come across in my life that I had to actually leave a review because I cannot even believe this woman has a job. She is astonishingly rude, sloppy, and unprofessional very bad look for any business.

The pharmacy techs have the worst customer service. If I call for help getting a refill there is always an issue. I am never notified if a script is on auto refill but needs to be refilled. Specifically if I am getting 3 month supply. Today I called to find out why my script was not filled. The girl who answered the phone was rude and spoke over me. Further, when I asked what needed to be done to fix the issue she said I needed to call my doctor, told me to have a nice day and hung up on me.

Apparently they close whenever they want. My husband went to pick up something around 745. Worker followed him around saying they were closing. When he asked for help the clerk told him they didn't have what he was looking for. I went the following morning and there was a plethora of the item in question. She just wanted him to leave so she could close. Their website says they are open till 10. Drove by today at 8pm and all was dark.

The people that work there besides maybe 1 or 2 people ,are ignorant i don't know why they hire people with such attitudes ? if u don't like your job don't work there,sry but I go there alot and this one girl that works there just walks past 8 people in line,then has an attitude when ur checking out,uncomfortable shopping is worst

We went to pick up medicine for our little one today, Wednesday the 8th, 2023, at 19:30. Their customer service suck! They didn't even care. We asked the pharmacy if our little one could use their bathroom because she needed to go. The pharmacist said we would have to ask for the key out front. We went to ask them at the register. One lady asked the other one and she just gave us a dirty look and said the restroom was out of order! How did their employees go to a restroom. Apparently, in the alley. Why CVS's customer service suck! We drive over from Carbondale because they did not have the medicine in stock. That is another 1 star review we are going to give. I've work in Customer service field for years and I would not recommend or hire these type of employees who has terrible attitude and customer service!reaching out to the corporate to see if we can help them improve.

Shopping wise CVS is fine as they usually do their best to keep things in stock. The pharmacy’s older blonde headed clerk is rude and disrespectful. Shouts at you while Using hand gestures to express what she is saying. Then disregards you. Worst experience I have had at a pharmacy.

I went to the CVS in Dickson City looking for Scott's toilet tissue. When I went there they said the truck is here we will be getting it out by tomorrow. I went there the next day they had none. I waited two more days went back there again they had none and more and more of their shelves are empty. I don't know what's happening if they're going out of business or they're just not getting their supplies but it really looked bad
