A nightmare. Problems with pre-authorization on their end, problems with medication being available and unwillingness on their part to call other stores. Problems with rebilling the insurance company because of a problem, the pharmacist said she couldn't help and refused to give information to the doctor's office to rectify the problem. It was an expensive prescription, hundreds of dollars. The pharmacy staff is fine, the pharmacist is a nightmare. Will be moving all prescriptions elsewhere as soon as the most recent disaster is solved. Dickson City CVS- stay away if you can.

I like the pharmacy service, but their prices are not competitive with other retailers.

Never had an issue here. It's your average CVS. Morning and daytime people are friendly. Pharmacy is always busy. They don't always ID when we pick up meds even though I have asked them too.

Had a test scheduled and they failed to have it in their computer even after I showed them what was sent to me . So they refused my wife’s test and then had to go pay to another test center where I had to pay $85.00 I should be reimbursed by CVS . They didn’t care what I showed them. They said if I didn’t get a Confirmation I wasn’t put or accepted , so if that be the case why did I get a scheduled time and date. Very poor Management and should have accepted us
