I have never given this cricket a bad review in fact they have always been very good to me. They were so good to me that I live in Beach Lake and I came here instead of the honesdale cricket to purchase my phone because they always helpful and full of good information and this is where I got my startup plan 5 years ago.I walked in knowing exactly what phone I wanted and what sale was going on for it and I was definitely a sure sale. The phone I want is on sale for $109 plus a $25 startup fee for my phone upgrade but they were telling me it was $179 plus tax out the door. They said I couldn't get the $109 deal for the phone unless I purchased their accessories package. Now the $109 deal is everywhere including online and I wouldn't have to buy accessories online I also called honesdale and they said that I don't have to buy any accessories to purchase the phone for the deal price. They said I am more than welcome to purchase any accessories but they do not force me to purchase accessories to get the phone at the $109 deal.I will never come back to this store after these people acted like shady car salesman. ? Watch your wallets people, these employees or the owner is very dishonest..

They were the best to deal with. Got me and 3 more phones hooked up within half hour and working. So simple and painless. There as no pressure for extra stuff and very informative. Every question answered.

They were as helpful as their management let them be I can't say anything good about the service it is really really not that good you can lose it anywhere from the O'Neill highway to montage it'll go dead and in the valley cities its spotty

Gave 1 star because I had to hit one to get in to leave a review . Purchased a phone and accessories..the guy wouldn't transfer anything over to the new phone, wouldn't set up my Bluetooth, sent me to the Ford dealership, gave me his card and said to call if I had a problem..called and left message and still haven't heard from him..it's been 3 weeks..plus never gave me a receipt for my $250 purchase...we have been with cricket for many years and never had this problem..being in our 70's you would think a little consideration would be expressed..the following day we went to the honesdale store and they did everything that had to be done to get us up and working...they were fantastic and represent cricket the way it should be represented. .

Andrew the Manager and Ambrose went above and beyond to help me get a really difficult phone issue fixed. They were patient and kind and even got on the phone with the company I was porting from multiple times to fix the issues I had (not with cricket, with the old provider)It’s rare to find such helpful and kind people. You won’t go wrong coming to this Cricket Store.

Only been here once but for me it deserves 5 stars, the staff wet above and beyond calling to different stores and locating an iPhone 11 for my son for his birthday. They not only obtained it but out it aside till we got there to purchase it( over an hour drive for us). The staff again went above and beyond helping my son activate and transfer his info from his old phone to his new phone. They were patient and courteous towards my son and all his questions, even going as far as making sure he understood the coolest and average features of the phone. Thanks to cricket my son had a birthday he will probably never forget.. and made it possible for me to be a "pretty cool mom"... - words from my son. Not everyday I'm able to do something so big for my him.. 5 stars from me!!!!
