I wouldn't personally shop here because it's an over priced retail store and their best sales often match regular prices elsewhere. However if you do have to go there for yourself or anyone else customer service is pretty good and there is almost always someone waiting inside the door to point you in the right direction.

Always get great advice and recommendations from the knowledgeable staff. Plus they have all the latest technology and products that I am looking for. Buy all my tv's from Best Buy and anything else I need to get the best gear at a great price.

Terrible customer service.
No workers really ever in the store.
Hire people that don't speak nor understand English and have them answer calls.
Called looking for car parts this time.
Asked if they had the dash kit, antenna adapter, and harness I would need for my vehicle as well as the radio I saw on the website. Was put on hold for ever, and when the person came back on the line I was ASSURED all were there, I was sent a link to pay for everything and was told I could pick it all up in an hr.
I get there, and they DID NOT have the antenna adapter, they DID NOT have the dash kit, NOR THE RADIO.
The person literally comes up to me when I go to pick up my stuff with nothing more than just the harness which isn't even the correct one either....
Out of my entire order they had one thing and it wasn't even correct.
I was then told they canceled my online order for me since they couldn't complete it..... only to find out that it was not canceled and I had to do it myself after waiting days for my money to be returned only to find out no return was processed.
Way to many issues with this store and the lack of employees along with the still in school kids they hire that know ABSOLUTELY NOTHING except for how to clock in clock out and go to lunch.
Will not be returning to this location

Love that soon as you walk in the store they ask you what you need and direct you to where you need to go to get that section. there's usually someone close at hand to direct you to the exact item you need. Staff always seems to be up on the latest items in electronics and can give you great feedback for your questions.

Was shopping in the store on 5/12/24 when we wanted to purchase a Disney toy that was priced on the shelf for $22 went to the register and it was $37. When we asked for them to honor the price we were made to feel feel as it was our fault that they associate put all of the items in the wrong place that we should have known better to read the tag properly after being belittled and that the price was not honored. We left the store without the toy for my daughter because of the way we were spoke to. Very poor customer service.

This review is based on my experience in this store today. I had an appointment with the Geek Squad scheduled and showed up early, to look for an item I wanted to purchase. I needed to get an employee to unlock said item. Unfortunately, this employee that I asked had already clocked out for the day, they said they'd send help out for me.
Another employee did come out and immediately asked the gentlemen near the consultation desk if he needed assistance. I walked around the store a little bit longer and left before my appointment. I shouldn't have to hunt down help, when there's allegedly employees working that day.
