I would highly recommend a and g outfitters. The owner Greg was very knowledgeable in fly fishing and what you would need. He helped me with waders and boots and on the first try they were the perfect fit.

my husband and i visited this business back in january of 2023 my husband was very ill but wanted to tie flies he was in and out of the hospital a few days after he made the purchase i knew my husband would never use the items he bought but i didn't have the heart to tell him he couldn't buy the items he wanted .. my husband died in march of that yr i contacted the owner to see or o could get the refund which was 150.00 as the items purchased i could not use myself i didnt expect my husband to pass as soon as he did but the owner ignored my request and i was left with stuff i couldn't use i sold the items at my yard sale and lost 140.00 .. this business has no compassion for its customers

Excellent store right off the Lackawanna heritage trail and Lackawanna river. Has all of your fly fishing needs and the owner is very knowledgeable about fly fishing and the Lackawanna river definitely stop in

Non personable people, nothing is priced. Kinda fishy lol.... slight (30%) mark up over the other places I frequent but they had something that would work in a pinch.

I’ve been going here for all my fly fishing needs for quite some time now. Adam and Greg are very knowledgeable and kind people. Always greeted with a smile when walking in and they always are glad to help with anything I need. They have everything from fly flying needs, rods, reels, gear, fly line, tippet and way way more.

Wanting to get into fly fishing. I stopped in and was upfront by saying I wasn't there to purchase anything at the moment. I was amazed at the time Greg took with me as I explained my hobbies and interest and how I can incorporate fishing into it. I felt like I stepped back into that old neighborhood friendly store. Few days later I am back and this time Adam educated me a little more helping me finally decide to purchase the Tenkara Sato. Excited to incorporate a new hobby while on my mountain hikes. Top notch outfit

A and G outfitters really helped me out. Fixed my waders while I was in the middle of a month long fishing trip not only that they had everything i needed on the water, as well as putting me on some beautiful streams thanks guys. I'll definitely be back.
