Nicholas, Yusuf and Collin deserve every promotion, raise, bonus, and recognition possible. I live in North Jersey, but was here for a few days as my dad had died here earlier in the week. I had gotten a flat tire and called around to no less than a dozen tire places in the area, but no one had the tire size I needed. I was towed to this Tesla and saw online that they close at 7 p.m. My tow finally came and we showed up at 6:45 p.m., and I took my chances with the hopes there might still be someone around to help me. I had just three hours before having to drive to Newark Airport to pick up my husband who was coming home from a long trip overseas, and I had been anxious to see him given everything I had been through this week. I explained this to these gentlemen and asked if there was anything that could be done at such a late hour, as I really needed my car back that night. They informed me that the service team had gone home for the night, but that they would do everything in their power to make sure I could make it to pick up my husband. Thomas and Collin called Yusuf, the location manager, who said he was nearby and that he would come in and see if he could change the tire himself. Within an hour, I had my Model Y back with a brand new tire on it, one hour after their official closing time on a Friday night. I was able to make it to the airport in time to pick up my husband, and I couldn't have been more grateful to these three for making it happen. I had been having the worst week of my life, but they all stepped up and made sure that I didn't have yet another headache on my hands. I am forever grateful. Tesla, Elon, whoever can do it, make sure these guys are rewarded for their hard work and most of all, for their compassion. We need more people like Collin, Thomas, and Yusuf in this world. Thanks again, guys. My husband and I already loved our Teslas (we both drive our own) but now we for sure are customers for life.

I came in on 11-10-23 to pick up a preoredered new Tesla model Y. After signing paperwork, I walked out to the car and noticed a defective uneven warped front hood. Reps (Matt) took the vehicle to service dept to tried and fix but the issue ended up worse than before. After discussing options with reps, I felt it would be safer for my family to get a different vehicle. If visible defect was overlooked what other unseen issues lies within. Our request was denied by Operations Advisor Collin, who states that once a vehicle is registered to me, no one can unregistered a vehicle. I pleaded for a different vehicle but he said there is nothing he or anyone can do after numerous requests to speak to a manager. I feel that this is a bait and switch scheme. I felt this type of business is predatory made me feel so helpless. I also contacted the office of Attorney General to make them aware of the situation and the business practices that goes on in Tesla of Devon in Pa. I left the dealer without the defective car.

Five stars so far, but this is only based on my first experience. I bought a used 2020 Y. It has a shimmy over 60 mph. The place I bought it from rebalanced the tires… maybe and it got better, but still vibrated at high speed. So I made an appointment at the Tesla service center using the app. Super easy to make the appointment. Anyway, they took and went for a drive and determined the back left wheel/tire was the issue. They unmounted the tire and discovered the foam in the tire was defective. He even brought it into the show room to show me. The foam should stay in the tire. It fell right out. They gave me the option of putting on a new tire at a cost of several hundred dollars or just remove the foam. I went with just removing the foam. Car is smooth as silk now and I don’t notice any additional noise. Appreciate the tech showing me the issue and giving me options.

I've purchased 3 vehicles from this location since 2019. Two new long-range Model 3's (2019 & 2020) and a used 2021 Model S Plaid. I've spent upwards of ~$185,000 in this building. The Model 3's never came with key fobs, but the Model S's used to - at least if it was new. Tesla's call center told me the service center has the ability to give a courtesy key fob and they suggested I go in and ask. Devon service center said they "can't" do that. How many vehicles do I need to buy from these guys to get a single physical key that isn't a cheap plastic card? If I reach $200,000 spent on Tesla vehicles and products, will I unlock the special prize then?! It's an insult to the customer. Literally every other modern car, at the same price points, will come with a physical key fob.Overall I've had decent service experiences here. Usually positive; sometimes negative. Customer service sucks as a whole for Tesla. Their website misleads you on how to use their online chat support and the company has no email support. They really don't care about their customers once purchases are finalized.I still love their vehicles. It's just a disheartening fact to have a company you've given so much treat you like this.

Exceptional experience: using the app to schedule and detail needs, issues addressed perfectly, express drop off and pick up were awesome. Tesla is definitely doing the right things (while growing and experiencing growing pains.)As a side note, I wish Tesla could acknowledge and resolve some of the things it now considers maintenance/chargeable and I believe are design issues (e.g the maddening AC odor issue). Maybe some day.

Pick up process was seamless! Car was spotless and ready to go. Answered all my questions in a way that a 68 yr. could understand. Thanks again

They were fantastic. Everything was completed on time and great communication through the app. Had one hiccup when I needed to reapprove the estimate and I had trouble figuring out how to do it. All resolved quickly and was still same day service. Never saw or spoke with anyone. I got Uber credits to use after my drop and to come back and get it. EASY.

Amazing service yet again from this team! We purchased our own tires and brought them in for them to place on our Model Y! Again the process was seamless, the tech met us in the parking lot, took some photos, spoke through the process, timeline and had our car driving into the garage in under 5 minutes. Our car exited through the other side, under the originally communicated service time, with shinny new tires! Thank Tesla for always being amazing! Keep up the great work and hiring!Another Happy Tesla owner!

Decent waiting area and good communication with the service team via the app and in person when required. They also have tables where you can setup for a meeting etc while waiting.

They must be under new management. I was scared seeing all the older reviews, but I had a seamless and great experience. The staff were very friendly, kind and thorough. The car was in great shape and I was in and out super quick (although all the pre-delivery day requirements were completed prior to arriving). If you have a pick up here coming soon don't worry about the older comments. This place really isn't that bad. I think they are professional, thorough and kind. I had no issues.
