Michael and the Team at PE provide an excellent customer experience in every way. They’re professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and reasonably priced. I’ve used them multiple times and have always been fully satisfied. As the owner Michael is hands on, present, deals directly with customers, and gets things done. The brands they service can be complex, delicate, and costly. I feel like Premier Eurocars understands this and is able to thoughtfully address customer challenges and get them back up and running.

Good work and adept mechanics. Only take your car here if it’s your second or third interesting exotic car. Took my vw here for a water pump and it took 3 weeks to get it back. They also charge an arm and a leg, but I’m not sure where else you could take your vintage Alfa or Porsche.

I brought a car in for a pre-purchase inspection. The team did an amazingly thorough job evaluating the car for and explaining everything in a detailed report. I would recommend them for any purchase evaluation of a high end car.

Have having gone through four different shops to maintain my German cars, I have to say that this one is the keeper. I’ve never had a garage work so hard to persuade me a repair on my beat up Mercedes wasn’t worth it. And when I ignored them, they did it flawlessly at the lowest cost possible.
And after two other shops messed up my Audi suspension setup, these guys got it right. Honest, competent, and fair is an unbeatable combination.

As always, your work was excellent; in this case the dealer who sold the car to me was sufficiently embarrassed that he made arrangements with Mercedes to schedule and perform the sub-frame replacement at no cost to me.

As a first timer, I brought my 2017 BMW 5 Series here after receiving an eye-watering quote for a CV boot replacement from my nearby dealership. I researched around to try to find independent shops and came across this one. It was 40 minutes from where I lived but I decided to give them a try. The staff were super friendly, knowledgeable and prompt to address questions or needs. The quote they gave me was far more reasonable than what the dealership slapped me with, and the work was quick and professional. I liked how they called me with any updates and were able to give me a loaner as well. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied and believe this will be my new shop to go to for my vehicle work!
