I recently totaled my car and needed a new one, quickly. As a graduate student with lots of student loans, that's a nightmare situation to be in. I was connected to the salesperson Jake, and he got me into a great car in a matter of days. Jake was incredible to work with, he is personable and professional and does not push you to make any decision you're not comfortable with. He'll keep you updated and in good spirits every step of the way. If you need a car, go here, and ask for Jake!

So bought a car from them, extremely happy with the service and sale.The 1 star is the service center. Brought my car in for its normal inspection and servicing. Was called an hour later and told that I need to spend 5k on brakes, rotors, tires and fix a dented rim. Took it to another mechanic as that seemed expensive. Only to find out I needed none of that. Tires and brakes are completely fine, they checked the rims twice no dents found. This is a huge breach of trust, not only was the quote double anyone else I didn't need any of the work. Knowing this I will never bring my car back for a service or buy a car here again. Completely disgusted by this shady and dishonest place.

These guys are really kind and professional--especially the guy who greets you at the computer when you come in for service. I'd return JUST to deal with him. I also had to pop in to have someone show me how to reset my tire pressure censor/alert, and a nice gentleman helped me on the spot in 5 minutes. They try very hard to get you in and out as quickly as they can.

Came for an oil change, alignment, and rotation. I was told the car also needed brake fluid flush, coolant flush, and both filters (air&cabin) changed. Only when I returned home I realized that I had had both filters replaced only 4 months/4,000 mi prior. So, for them to be that dirty I'd to spend the entire 4 months/4,000 mi on dirt roads. Which is not even possible in a Golf, it's not a Touareg. When I opened the air filter box, I found two dry leaves underneath the filter. Was it even changed?Because they lied about the filters, I started wondering how honest they were about both fluids and I posted my honest review online. Then a manager reached out saying that the recommendations were made based on the mileage. This is not true. When I was there I was told both fluids did not LOOK good. But the manager's saying no one looked at them. That means they were probably fine and they just ripped me off. Steer clear of this shop. They're scammers.

Beware of this place! Went in for an oil change and left with $1100 bill. They are rude and unprofessional. Worst dealership I have ever dealt with. Read all the reviews about their service and believe them. Everyone of them had the same experience. Customer service at its worst.

I've been here twice, once for my inspection and once for maintenance. It's always a little pricey however I've always gotten good service. Jack Case specifically is always really helpful, especially when breaking everything down and making sure I get everything I need for my car.

I am very disappointed with this dealership. Service is usually poor, but today finally drove me away for good. In 2019 I bought new Pirelli tires for my Tiguan. Supposedly top of the line. I went in today because one tire had bubble in the side wall. They told me all tires needed to be replaced because of "tire noise" and low tread. As the tires were three years old and only had 20,000 miles on them I asked about the warranty. I was told that the bubble was a road hazard and not covered and the other tires didn't really need replaced so they weren't covered either. Nevertheless they said I was taking a risk driving on the tires. I took my car and left. I will never go back.

They will treat you badly when buying and when servicing. Their young / punk sales manager is especially unpleasant to deal with. Service is subpar and cost more than other places. Just read the other reviews...

DO NOT GET SERVICE HERE!! The Service Department is horrible!!! No matter what you go in for they say "you need an alignment". Literally, go in for a tail light out and they tell you you need an all wheel Alignment. Scammers! Fought with them about a leak in the sunroof when there was a recall on it. They report no issues. I show them water pouring in and pooling in the tray in front of the gear shift. No you must have left the sunroof open. Call VW Corporate, they tell the dealer to bring my car in. It's there for 3 days while they hose water on the outside of the sunroof. They call me to come get it because they can't find anything. 5 min later they call back "Oh sorry we just went to move it out of the garage and 2 gallons of water landed on the mechanic. Called after they fixed it all including removing the interior and drying it out and treating it for mold, ONLY because corporate was on them. Call them back because the USB in that same tray is sketchy and works intermittently. They say it needs to be replaced. Waited 3 months and have not had a call. I call them and the service guy says "talk to parts" even though they ordered it and have to install it. Parts says "No Problem have them in stock". Set a date to bring it back in. Told them I need a loaner car. Show up no loaner cars. He tells me to check back in with him. Keep in mind I purchased this car NEW from this same dealer and it's a 2 year old car with UNDER 7000 miles. This place is awful! Customer Service Doesn't exist! I am tempted to sell the car so I don't have to deal with them or VW ever again. VW CORPORATE NEEDS TO MONITOR THEIR DEALERS BETTER! Look at the other bad reviews. RUN AWAY FAST FROM THIS PLACE!!

I had a wonderful experience at Fred Beans VW. I traveled from out of state to purchase a used vehicle. The dealership picked me up from Philly and the transaction at the dealership was smooth and friendly. Do not go here for service. We took our car in have it Inspected and have the oil changed. We left with a $513 bill. Car is only 1 1/2 years old with very few miles on it. Lessoned learned. Hello local Mechanic.

Do not go here if you need service on your VW! I brought in my 2018 Tiguan and told them what I was experiencing (check engine and epc lights on, car bucking, lost acceleration, car revving to 3k rpm) and they said nothing was wrong and insinuated that I was exaggerating issues. Driving it home, my car broke down and I almost caused a huge accident on 422 because of it. When I called them to see if they would courtesy tow it back because I did not feel safe, they basically said "not our problem". When I asked what they would do differently if I did tow it back there, they said "nothing, we will do the same thing we did before". Needless to say, I did not bring it back there! I brought it to D'Ambrosio VW and they diagnosed and fixed the problem (fuel injector) within 24 hours. Fred Beans does not care about its customers safety!! They will not go the extra mile to find your problems. Go somewhere else and save yourself some time and energy

Their service department is HORRIBLE. They will smile in your face while they lie to you and do anything they can to make a quick buck. I went one time, have been a vw customer for over 10 years with no other problems. I ended up calling vw USA to file a complaint and still do not feel that my car is fixed. All while they are smiling and sounding concerned. It's BS. I WILL NEVER RETURN HERE.
