The parts department is unprofessional… on the 9th I had went to pick up the two parts i ordered and nobody asked if I needed help stood there looking dumb so I asked if the girl sitting down could go grab the parts I had ordered and she caught an attitude with me….. So on the 12th I went back trying to return my parts the she was there gave me all types of disrespect looks. So on my way out the door I heard her talking unprofessionally about me….

I've been going to this location for 3+ years for service on my car. I've always trusted their recommendations on issues that needed to be addressed without asking for additional information. When I received a quote this month for 7k I was shocked. When I asked for additional information, not only did the repairs slightly change versus what was explained to me over the phone, but so did the price. I believe MB Devon assumes their customers will just pay any quote sent to them and therefore when I challenged the bill and services, the details changed. I decided to go to MB West Chester instead and for the same services by bill was only 3k.

Tried to buy a gle from them. The sales guy was condescending at best. Blamed me for wanting specific options in the car. Ironically we had agreed on a specific car (i put a deposit down) and the told me the next day that he did not actually have the car. I give him credit for trying to find something close but when he could not he took it out on me. Management there does not seem to care. Either they have plenty of business or they are going out of business. MB of West Chester or Wilmington much better experience! Best of luck…

I don’t know. So far I am turned off! I called to inquire about a car since the “online system” is down and got a very bad attitude from a lady. Wish I had gotten her name! I was going to visit this location but unsure now. After reading the reviews I should probably go with my first instinct! SMH

Poor Sales department… no directional signs when entering so you're confused from the start. Half-heartedly greeted by front desk staff. My appointed saleswoman was underwhelming and that is being VERY generous. I was there in preparation to purchase a vehicle and I was not sold at all. No assistance in looking at the vehicles on sales floor, snarky commentary was made when questions were asked. Test drive was not informative at all. The energy you expect to receive from a car dealership was not there. I was excited to be pitched and persuaded. I was completely turned off and threw the business card out before even leaving the sales floor. I understand this Mercedes Benz, but invest some of that money into staff that appear eager to work.

Dealership gives low ball trade-in values and did not even want to work with me at all. Avoid this place and take your business to another local Mercedes dealership instead.

I just wanted to share my latest visit to Euro Motorcars.... unfortunately for me- I travel on 422 and have really beat up my little Mercedes that I love. Every time, Brandon Thorpe has helped me out along the way to care for my car. This last time- I really did a number on it and as usual, Brandon was there. From the guys in the service bay, the service tech and the videos they send, Brandon explaining and being supportive and even to the sweet woman at the cashier's desk. EVERYONE at Euro Motorcars is great. I highly recommend them!
