The audiologist Anthony Napoletano was professional and made my condition easy for me to understand. The first visit only took about an hour, during which he was able to diagnose me and give me a demonstration of the hearing aids that would best address my condition. After I paid for the equipment and went back to the office, in less than thirty minutes I was able to walk out with them working perfectly and now I am able to fully experience music and vocals and talk on the phone without anxiety for the first time in my life. “I got some things corrected on my hearing aids that I did not know how to do and you did it and I'm now set. This has changed my relationship with my wife. She is happy when I wear my hearing aids. Happy wife Happy Life! That's the answer. Tony is very personable and it was a nice experience going through this with him. It was no pressure."

Tony the specialist is wonderful. He takes a lot of time with each patient and provides full detailed explanations of what you need. They make the best recommendations and always leave you feeling good.

Hear like a 21 year old has been a game changer for my 90 year old mother! She was using hearing aids previously but still could not hear. With these new hearing aids, I can practically whisper! I’m not exaggerating! Tony has set them up and adjusted them to specifically meet her needs. The customer support has been phenomenal-easy to reach by phone and very accommodating.I can’t say enough how this has enhanced the quality of life for my Mother. 4th audiologist I visited. He had me going on a demo model based on a prior hearing test; that worked fine, but I wanted bluetooth. He switched to another manufacturer's demo model than his standard and supported that perfectly. Outstanding; could not be better. Life-changing.Support and follow-up after the sale is also outstanding. Tony uses his brains well. Highly recommended.

I needed hearing aides & found Tony in his office. He is very personal & extremely helpful. He explained all aspects of hearing. I had many many questions and he answered them all. He gave me insights into ear care I didn’t consider which are very important. Tony went the extra mile in service and detail care. I found his help very beneficial in the use and upkeep of my hearing aides.

If there were more than 5 stars possible Devon Hearing should get them! The amount of time they took and patience in working with my mom to get her comfortable using her hearing aids was not only amazing but very significant since she her hearing is now very poor and she was very resistant to using them. I have had tinnitus for 17 years as a result of chemotherapy. I haven’t heard birds or crickets since then. It is 100% constant with no change and dominates, distorts and masks all sounds. I met with Tony yesterday afternoon. I’m almost in tears as a result of Tony’s good work. He took the time with me to learn my history and background to get a clear understanding of the source for me. After a thorough explanation Tony tested me and fitted me with new hearing aids. It’s like I’ve gone from completely deaf to a hearing person. I’ve had two pair of aids before and they did virtually nothing. I could not be more pleased!! The best (well almost!) part was Tony’s genuine concern for my well-being and results. He is someone who truly cares for his clients. FIVE STARS for Devon Hearing!!!! None better! Want to hear? I had gone to another hearing company and they didn’t do things the right way ! I came to Devon Hearing Aid and he couldn’t do enough for me, Tony checked my hearing aids and the one was broken. He sent the hearing aid out , then when it came back he reset them and made sure everything worked well and now with the new app I can hear so much better! He is the greatest.

I have utmost respect for Tony. He always is very definite in talking me out of not not wearing my hearing aid, I thought I would be answering questions about my experiences. I have not sseen the video but this is what I thought would be a good thing for perspective customers who might have felt like I did !
