The worst experience I have had at a doctors office. Furthermore, when I attempted to leave this office, they continually did not send my medical records despite countless efforts. I spent months attempting to get my records released.

SNL skit level incompetence at front desk. From not opening the front door during opening business day, to calling out patients by their full first and last names, to fulfilling prescriptions at different locations than specifically requested, to not updating summer hours online, to taking 1 1/2 hour lunch breaks during the day. Do you even try?

One star solely for the RECEPTIONISTS. I don’t know who they think they are…Or why they’re so miserable but wow. Literally zero customer service skills. They don’t even greet you. It’s like they’re annoyed you show your face to their window. Sorry for inconveniencing you and arriving to my appointment?? If I didn’t like my doctor as much as I did, I would have left this practice. THEY ARE THAT BAD. Later-aged woman with the gray, shoulder length hair…YEAH YOU ESPECIALLY. I don’t think a job working with people is your thing. HIGHLY RECOMMEND better staffing behind the receptionist’s desk. That is all.

Ive been a patient of Doctor Rocco Costabile for atleast 10 years now. He is an outstanding doctor who always takes the time to listen to my concerns and truly look for solutions. I currently drive 45 minutes to see him since he has joined Devon family as I would follow him wherever. He never passes his patients concerns off as too much or dramatic and always is trying to truly help. He also teaches his patients any results or findings instead of just telling them what they are. I have a lot of back problems and Dr. Costabile takes the time to teach me why I have certain symptoms and how we can make it better. There is nothing I feel I cannot go to him for and I never feel dismissed. I highly recommend him as a primary care doctor and plan to stay with him as long as I can.

Dr Soderberg is the best doctor one could ask for! My entire family are his patients and we all agree he is a good doctor.

Best practice around. All of the doctors are fantastic. They genuinely care about their patients and spend a lot of time during visits. Have been going there since I was a kid.

I have been going here for more than 25 years. It has great doctors and a great front office. I can usually get an appointment the same day when needed which is a big deal!

*Updated for July 2023 to 1 star - front desk staff is content to have social hour for 30+ minutes at a time instead of taking & returning calls. This place treats you like a number, and does the least amount of work/effort possible to treat patients.******************I would not recommend this practice - 10+ years ago, apparently they were fantastic.However, more recently (2020-2023) and in my experience, this place appears to be a shell of its former self.Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for a primary care physician.- It is near IMPOSSIBLE to get a hold of the front office for anything. They will not call you back for days, they will hang up on you, and they even hang up on other doctors/specialists who call them (repeated experience in Q2 2023).- Experience with the Doctors/MDs here informed that they are content to throw pills at patients to treat the acute symptoms & making few (if any) attempts to treat the underlying cause(s).- The receptionist staff at the front office are some of the most rude, miserable, and condescending folks I've ever met. I watched them gaslight and treat elderly and young patients alike with gross resentment and apathy that was shocking for a doctor's office (June 2023).- No waiting room WiFi.- No bathrooms for folks in the waiting room.

This is by far the worst doctors office I’ve ever experienced. Been going here since I was born and my parents went here as kids too, they have never been good with returning calls or even ANSWERING THE PHONE. they are rude, and lazy. They simply do not do their jobs. DO NOT GO HERE

Hasn't accepted my insurance in nearly a decade. I've been a patient since I was a little boy. I have been scrambling to find another family physician all these years. I feel so cheated.

Went to them for years until my doctor retired. Since then they have changed certain policies without any notice, and are a nightmare to get ahold of.

First time at this practice and both my husband and I were EXTREMELY happy. Dr. Costabile is an amazing doctor with an extraordinary gift. He is compassionate, knowledgeable, caring and thorough. Everyone at the office was friendly. We are extremely happy to have found a perfect fit
