Tremendously attentive and polite team at Audi Devon. Had the pleasure of dealing with Bill as a service advisor and Joe, the service manager, when I took my R8 in for a service/recall. Ended up becoming very acquainted with the front of the house team as well as service technicians and master technician. This was very important to me as I was dropping off my prized possession and entrusting it in the care of this team. I was blessed with having an Audi Q7 as my loaner vehicle which made life so much easier on getting to and from the dealership as it's roughly 25 minutes from my primary residence. 10 points to an amazing team oh and the complimentary lattes inside are also really delicious!

I brought my SQ5 in for an oil change. While the service department is very nice and did a good job on the vehicle, they essentially lost my car for about 45 minutes when I was told to come pick it up. They looked all over the lot, then we drove around the lot, and my car was in fact missing. Eventually they determined that a technician took my car out by mistake to calibrate readiness monitors (this service was not needed on my car, but another similar car.) He eventually returned with my car. I was offered an apology and a future tank of gas to compensate for the 1/4 tank that was used while they drove my car around for the 45 minutes it was "lost."I get that mistakes happen but this was a pretty big one and to have a customer searching for their vehicle for 45 minutes is pretty crummy. Everyone was nice enough about it, but customer service doesn't end with nice. When you make a mistake like that, you ought to make it right by the customer in some way.Sadly they lost my business by dismissing this mistake.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I made an appointment at Devon Audi to replace a rear taillight and bulb. When I arrived I was greeted extremely friendly as always. I stated that I had an appointment at 9:00 A.M. which was checked and accepted without question. As i started towards the waiting area I was acknowledged by Johnnie who always assist me with details/questions/decisions/finalization. He told me to have a seat in the waiting area and he would meet with me shortly. When you are in the waiting area it is very noticeable how friendly the customer service managers are with each customer. They are extremely knowledgeable/understanding and respectful. Those types of courtesy actions make your coffee you are drinking much more enjoyable. The atmosphere and surroundings are already as comfortable as home. The car service repairs can be rated a number (10). The Audi repairs are always completed as a personal dedication to each customer. I must add that Johnnie is among the best managers - friendly smile with an executive/business attitude. ALWAYS choose Audi Devon for the best auto service.

Being an Audi dealership on the Main Line, I kind of expected to overpay for service and be disappointed. Andre, my service advisor was exceptional, professional, and went above the call of duty to make sure I was satisfied, despite my scepticism and admittedly being a little difficult and unreasonable. When all was said and done though, I didn't overpay, my car is running like new, and I couldn't be happier. You may have to wait a little longer than at other dealerships to get an appointment, but you'll be glad you did. Very satisfied.Services: General repairs & maintenance

No matter what the problem is they have an excuse for everything. Tire issue? Audi doesn't make the tires. What? But you sold them to me on my car. 3 blow outs later.Car has a recall. Schedule an appointment a month in advance. They cancel because they have no loaner cars.Got those new tires they recommended. Have a huge bubble and crack . Call Audi. They say call Audi road side assistance. 7 hours later..... car never picked up. 3 calls to tow truck driver not answered. Countless calls to Audi Roadside and 2 calls to dealership. Surprise.... Car still here today. Good thing I wasn't on side of road. Audi Roadside dropped the ball and ended up calling me at night saying they had no one to tow a it was now after hours and if I want it towed I have to pay or wait until today! WtfDealer calls this morning to tell me car isn't there. Ummmmm yeah it's still here. Left them messages yesterday and never heard back.Of course, it's not their fault. Audi roadside is to blame. They are Audi Devon. I should complain to Audi USA. You are Audi! Take care of your customers! I bought my car from you. You are Audi aren't you!First and last Audi. Don't buy here. Get a BMW

My wife and I were on sight inquiring about the 2018 black Audi a6 Stock #: U3419. Pursuant to meeting with Karl, I was instructed that due to Covid, we could test drive the vehicle on our own. While I have no issue with that, I found it interesting that no one in the showroom was wearing a mask, except for my wife and I. Post our test drive, Karl spent ZERO time or effort to go over the vehicle or any features, nor did he make himself available to us upon our return. I had to inquire as to his whereabouts. We then proceeded to discuss price, and he alluded to his position and I to mine. While this communication is not about the cost of a vehicle; I in all of my years of living have never had a salesperson ask me why I didn't go to another dealer to purchase a vehicle that I presented for comparison. I informed Karl that I did not need financing and if we struck a deal, that all I needed was a bill of sale, and would present a draft the following day. While I am very slow to call racism, the sense of indifference was profoundly unacceptable. I found my interaction to be far less than professional, courteous and inviting. I currently own an Audi a6, purchased at Audi Willow Grove, and can tell you that my experiences were vastly different. Regardless of whether I am purchasing new or used, I expect a certain level of respect and professionalism.

This Audi place is awesome - I would come back for service - they took care of my car but the price is very steep but I think it's because it's Audi and their parts are just expensive. However they are responsive and they let me wait with my dog which is a plus for me
