I've visited this small USPS store a few times in recent years, and usually, the only staff, Ken, was polite as others have mentioned in their reviews. However, my most recent visit left me utterly shocked and deeply disappointed due to his highly inappropriate behavior, which raised concerns about potential discrimination.When I dropped off a package and asked about a tag on the table with shipping instructions, Ken responded rudely. First, he assumed this tag (instruction about shipping to Europe) is not relevant to me. Then he didn't listen to my actual question and just repeated the same brief explanation loudly, which was completely unnecessary in the small room.I was shocked by his unusual behavior and potential discrimination.

Ken, who is the usual person you will run into here, is extremely friendly and extremely professional about his job. It is EXTREMELY rare that he can't get you processed in 2-3 minutes. He's extremely good at what he does. And if he's not busy then I would recommend to say something more than just say "Hello".

I was visiting town and came into this office to send a care package to an old teacher of mine who recently lost her husband. The box I had packed was beginning to fall apart and the person working was so kind and helpful. He helped me find the cheapest option and gently repacked the items into the new box. My partner even took me specifically to this office because he grew up in the area and has known this postman since he was little. Such wonderful service!

Multiple times in the middle of their open hours I have shown up here and it be closed, Most times with no explanation at all. Sometimes with a sign that just says "Closed due to staffing problems"
