“Well, guard shack was very nice. Now, make sure you have 2 copies of your bills. I was only given one set on my pick up. Lady in receiving says they keep the whole set. I asked if I get anything back stating that they received my load. Nope!!! No paperwork back. She just said 3 times that I should have made a copy!!! Like I keep a copy machine on my top bunk!!! First for me and night dispatch was stunned!!!!”

“I have to say my experience was amazing. My appt time was 5AM but I didn't check in until 530 because I thought there was a line to get up to the gate. Just FYI there's truck parking to the left. Anyone against the gate is NOT on line. They might be waiting for a door. Anyway. Park and walk up to the guard shack. Must wear high visibility/safety vest. Have your bills and ID just in case. They will check you in. Go back to your truck they will call you with a door and which receiving door to go to. You park take your bills in. Lumper is paid over the phone. Boom!!!! I was very surprised. Done in 1 hour. WoW! Good job guys. Keep it up. :) Se hable Español too!!!!”
