They nickel and dime you over the dumbest things. I had a notice that we owed money on a package that was sent to us so we went to pick it up. It was an envelope that was slightly thicker than usual because it had a Valentine. It wasn't stiff, it wasn't heavy at all, it wasnt any larger than a standard envelope. They made me pay $4 to pick it up because they were treating it like a package. For a Valentine someone sent my kid.Not to mention they have refused to mail things without adding additional shipping that I bring to other post offices and they have no issues with.

package arrived 2 weeks late completely crushed and destroyed. parts of the kit i ordered were falling out into my mailbox. i called online, robots with automated messages were of no help to me. I filed a claim online with my seller’s information and my information, and said the claim couldn’t be completed. I went in person with the broken package to ask about their “under $100” refund policy and they refused to help and referred me back to the automated calls. horrible experience, IF ITS NOT THEIR PACKAGE THEY DONT CARE TO HELP SOLVE YOUR PROBLEM.

The desk staff always polite and courteous. However, they should update online well as outer doors that they open at 9am, not 8am.

The management of this facility needs to be reported. Packages just sit at their facility and never get delivered on time. Not to mention the ridiculous amount of other people's mail i get every week. Some of which are addressed for delivery in other zip codes. ?

I'm tired of the attitudes at this location. I understand you may all not love your jobs or always have sufficient staffing but occasionally when I need something from the Denver post office I feel like half of the time I catch attitude. No room for that. Keep in mind that we're not exactly thrilled to have to call you either for issues CAUSED BY THE POST OFFICE.

We are a business and depend on daily mail delivery. Sometimes it goes 3 days or more before we receive mail pickup or delivery. There solution was to get a PO Box because they are understaffed and can not guarantee delivery. Terrible

The heavy set “lady” that works there is so incredibly RUDE and NASTY! She is so self important and should not be working with the public. The rest of the employees there are AMAZING! They are WONDERFUL, PROFESSIONAL AND CURTIOUS! Kindness is free hatful heavy set person … you should try it! The heavy set lady needs to be retrained by the other employees. I would have given five stars if it were not for her!

I'm here almost daily! I ship thousands of packages a year, and these guys are just amazing. They're overworked and understaffed, and I completely understand that. I just wish more people did.

Was evaluating this post office daily for approximately 4 weeks. We ship hundreds of packages a month. Three of the employees are very rude and unhelpful. One employee went out of her way several times to help though. I will not post personal information here but will be sending a full review in with names. Started using another local post office and the customer service has been fantastic. Maybe they can learn from the smaller post offices.
