I chose Continental ExtremeContact DWS 06 tires, which offer excellent traction and handling. Just a tip call and pre-order your tires.”

“I have been taking my cars to H&F in Ephrata for over 10 years. When we moved to the area years ago we needed to find a reliable shop for oil changes, etc. I took my van to H&F years ago and they told me what was wrong with it, but then proceeded to explain that once they got into the repair - it wasn't as bad as they expected so I was charged a fraction of the original estimate. From that time on - I was taking all of our vehicles there for inspection, oil changes, tires, etc. I know very little about cars so it's great to find a shop with integrity!”

“I brought my SUV in for some work and I was very happy with the work done here. The staff was friendly, the quote and time expected was exactly what I got, and it was the most reasonable of the garages I called around. They even let my bring in OEM parts, which was a huge plus in my book.
I'd come in with family before for tires, and it was great then too.”
“I've gone to CJ's for 10 years or so now and my last experience solidified why I will continue going here. I've never had an issue with any of my services so I was a bit startled when my girlfriend's car dropped oil pressure all of the sudden and was bone dry when I pulled over to check. Long-story short, I had it towed, found out the oil filter was a little too loose and while it didn't come off, all the oil shot out causing the pressure loss. CJ's is not the closest place to my house so I had a different shop do this diagnosis. We called CJ's about the issue and told them what happened as the oil change was less than 1000miles old. Without hesitation, they extended an apology and reimbursed us for the charges. THIS is great customer service that you won't find with nearly any garage or business around. I will continue bringing my vehicles here for years to come!”
