“I’ve been here a number of times and they are always super helpful even on very troublesome packages. Very friendly and service is great. Only con is that their hours on google aren’t correct due to worker shortage. I’ve shown up a few times and they were closed during supposed business hours. Check review photos for a pic of their real hours.”
“The Customer Service I received today was simply outstanding. First, they helped me package the item for a reasonable cost (including the box, tape, bubble-wrap and labor). Then they helped me connect to their WIFI so that I could print my pre-paid FedEx label. I had come in with FedEx barcode, but they could not scan it as a 3rd Party. But once the label was printed, however, the box was quickly on its way! Awesome Customer Service! I was in and out quickly, and for a very reasonable price. Nice! I will definitely return there when I need to ship something. Thanks!”

“Felt the need to write this review after the customer ahead of me in line was extremely rude to the employees.. as someone who always has Amazon returns I find myself here quite often (lol) and the employees are consistently kind and extremely patient. They will even go as far as insisting to help me carry the packages from my car into the store if they can see I have my hands full with my little guy. By far my favorite UPS location :)”

482 N Clay Rd, Hopeland“Here's a picture of Joseph P Miller's "Stage" in 1906 or 1907 in front of the Hopeland post office. You can barely see the word Hopeland on the side of his carriage. He hauled the mail until 1909 between Hopeland and Ephrata.”
“This has consistently been the best experience I've ever had at a UPS store, or with any shipping service. I am such an anxious customer, and every time I have been in the shop, both of the staff members (it has been the same two people each time) have been unbelievably kind, warm, and courteous, both to me and to everyone else in the shop. So wonderful and rare for someone to be so thoughtful with strangers. Makes me believe in a more community-based world where people take better care of each other, and really makes life easier for someone like me for whom this kind of small errand can be quite stressful. So grateful. (And thank you!)”

365 N Reading Rd, Ephrata“I had difficulty in buying HP ink for my computer. I wanted to buy the "X" cartridge but when I got home, though it fit in nicely, it was said to be not effective. I had to exchange for the "A". The store graciously allowed the exchange.”
“The management and team members of this post office have always gone above and beyond for us—both on a personal and business level—and have always been more than pleasant to be around. We're extremely grateful for their service!”

“I'm here almost daily! I ship thousands of packages a year, and these guys are just amazing. They're overworked and understaffed, and I completely understand that. I just wish more people did.”
