I accidentally called Pam twice & the second time, after realizing what I had done, she helped me find another storeage place that met my needs!!! She knew I wouldn't be a customer right now based on what I needed & yet still went above & beyond! The call lasted all of maybe 5mins but I've had a stressful day & the compassion was so greatly appreciated! I'll always recommend them!”

“i was with Cocalico Self Storage for 10 years. and 4 other storage places. The folks at Cocalico are the BEST. the other review about a truck. Cocalico rents the trucks out, like Herts or Avis. The folks at Cocalico have no control over the folks who rent the trucks.Placing blame on Cocalico for an individual renting one of their trucks is insane.”
