They started on time and finished early!!! (Unheard of in 21st-century customer service!) The care of our things was at least as though it was their own, or even better. “I really loved that they had the option for indoor storage, especially because I have some old furniture that I wanted protected and I ended up having my things here for 3 years. The only reason I’m taking it out is because I finally bought a house and have a place to permanently put my things! :) I also love the option to have autopay on because I didn’t have to worry about the idea of accidentally not paying. This was my first time using a storage unit so I didn’t know how long they keep your things if you forget to pay and I was nervous about that but I’ve never had any issues over the past 3 years. The whole experience was super easy and worry free and lovely. The “move out” was also super easy. I had other people pick up my things and they simply said if it was empty and the lock was off, then they would mark me as being “moved out” and end my autopay but if they weren’t able to take everything that day, they wouldn’t assume I was moved out or throw anything away. They would just wait for everything to be picked up. So that was super easy as well. Thank you so much!”
