So far we've had a wonderful experience with this pharmacy! Very polite and easy to talk with a person on the phone to check if your prescription is ready! We are very pleased.

*BEWARE* Pharmacist put the wrong pills in my 7 year old son's medication. My son was completely out of his mind for almost a week before we figured out what was happening. HE COULD HAVE BEEN KILLED BY THE MISTAKES THAT ANDERSON'S PHARMACY MADE!! I still can't wrap my mind around how ABSOLUTELY IRRESPONSIBLE this pharmacy is. These types of mistakes should not be happening, NOT EVEN ONCE!!

I was very disappointed to see none the staff of this pharmacy wearing masks. A business selling medications and other healthcare products ought to follow CDC guidelines to protect their staff and customers. Shameful

I normally like this place but the cashier (an older woman with glasses) was very rude today! You need to work on customer service!

I've used Anderson Pharmacy for the few years I lived in Adamstown and I never had a bad experience. They communicated well in regards to prescriptions and I felt like a valued customer.

Awful. Deserves 0 stars. I tried to fill a prescription that required prior authorization. I called my doctor's office a few days after they sent the prescription over, and the office told me the pharmacy did not inform them prior authorization was required, so I called the pharmacy and asked them why that was. They said the already informed the office 2 days ago. I called the doctor's office right back and the office told me that they just received the notice. A few days after this, called to asked if it was approved the lady on the phone at the pharmacy was rude and told me not to call the pharmacy and that my doctor would know. I called the doctor's office, and they told me it was approved and waiting at the pharmacy. When I got to the pharmacy, they told me it was not approved, and I should call my doctor again. They really did not want to give me my medication. Worse experience of my life.

So disappointed. I have been a faithful customer, with a HUGE monthly bill since the pharmacy opened in the grocery store many, many years ago. Recently I was accused of trying to fraud an insurance company because I didn't understand how work comp billing worked. They know me by name, and the woman behind the counter was loud and rude and had the entire store looking in my direction. I would hope that they wouldn't think that was my intent after all these years. She didn't say it once, but twice. I was mortified. Say goodbye to my $3000 plus dollars worth of business every month. I'll start supporting "big pharma" if that's what it takes to get my meds without being addressed in that manner.

Good people. They had less then 10 minutes till close. I was going to just drop my scripts to pick up the next day/Monday. They filled them all! I thought I was waiting for them to check to make sure they had the meds I needed. NOPE. When they came back no joke like five minutes later they had filled one and we're filling the other.. Great Pharmacy!!!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The staff in unfriendly, lazy, and unprofessional. I witnessed the staff get into an argument with a customer, which could've been resolved by a simple phone call to the physican. I have been a nurse for 16 years and have encountered my fair share of belligerent patients but, as the medical professional you are to rise above it and remain calm and in control. The staff engaged and taunted the angry customer and that is unexcusable. If you want your pharmacist to be professional and compassionate, then take your business elsewhere.
