“We love coming here for our raw milk. They carry a wide variety of items. Theres a deli at the back of the store. You will not find meat and cheese cheaper anywhere. They also make fresh sandwiches and pasta salads at the deli, and there’s hand dipped ice cream and snacks. Throughout the store there are items sold by local small business people which I also love. You have to bring cash, but that’s no problem.”
“I have been getting breakfast or lunch here for quite sometime. They are super nice and while they do not accept credit cards they will open a charge account for you if your a local that is in and out a lot. You can call a head and your food will be hot and ready to go by the time you arrive. The store owner (John) is very receptive and will order almpst anything in for you if he does not already have it in stock. As far as prices go for $5.25 you can get a HUGE sub that would cost you $9.00 or more anywhere else around here.”
“Visited this place. Was busy with several employees willing to help as well as ring the customers fast. With their frequent visitor discount program they should be the place to visit. Even the employees were friendly and courteous.”

“Best Royal Farms experience I have ever had! I called ahead needing a platter of chicken very quickly for a large family gathering. They not only made us FRESH CHICKEN, they had it done in record time! When we arrived they had almost finished the order and we were given complimentary drinks and a taste test for the chicken to make sure the quality was up to par. The manager Diane was the epitome of professionalism while showing such kindness!If you want some of the best chicken around from people that you can trust check out the conowingo ROFO!”

“Being as though there was no McDonald’s/Chick-fil-A in the area I decided to give this spot a try for breakfast. 10/10 they didn’t disappoint, the sandwich and the hash browns were a great start to my morning and the costumer service was on point. Best breakfast I’ve had in a long time.”

“This convenience store & lot were clean, the staff was friendly & the prices were reasonable. Their coffee was fresh & the coffee bar was well stocked & clean. We didn't need to get gas, but their prices were alright... Especially since gas prices have skyrocketed everywhere. I give them 4.5 stars ?”

“The RiteAid online survey for review u0026 ratings is extremely long. Tooooo many questions! Consider shortening that survey to have less questions. Or, put the top 10 most import questions in the first part of the survey and give people a button to “Submit and Continue”, (the option to continue answering more survey questions). From a customer service standpoint, you turn people off with so so many questions in a survey. That will make people not do it or put the survey off till later, then forget cause it’s not a priority to them.”
“Great customer service friendly employees and always ready to help when free. Now to Teresa s have you ever worked in a place like that. Have you ever been bombared with order's be glad that the food person didn't go and called you order for you. Cause if I worked in that place and was bombarded with Karen's like you I would have. And with the masks comment welcome southern lancaster county where the people despise masks and the employees need to eat and drink just like anyone else. From what I've been told by the employees they can't tell people to leave cause at some other store an employee was attacked for doing just that.”
