I ordered tires, then on the delivery day said they were delayed then after a while said they cancelled the order. Now they say they have no tires to fit my car!!!!Grrrrrrr

Called for a oil change was told its 1st come don't do appointments for oil changes. I asked what do the open on Sunday so I can be there as soon as they open. So I was there at 8 when they open and they told sorry no mechanic comes in till 9 and is booked with appointments till 1

They can’t get the wheel off... you’re a tire place that can’t complete the first step of changing a tire.Oh and they’re the last ones to touch those tires but they refuse to take responsibility.And they waited 2 hours to tell me all of this.

So I ordered some makeup and I have a pick of the order, but I didnt receive the whole order. The online order states: "(2 pack) Rimmel Stay Matte powder, Creamy Natural." Sadly, I only recieved 1 of the 2 in the pack. And from the pg it looked like it was a special price, pay for 1 and shipping and receive the 2 pack. This did not happen. In fact this is very common for Walmart online orders. They do not display or advertise their merchandise appropriately so the customer understands. Walmart is the only company I know that does this and never fixes it. Be careful ordering online from them it's likely they know the problems and leave them so the customer will be scammed out of their buys. And Walmart can make alot of $$$$$ off of us. -K

Arrived for oil change at 7am doors locked had to walk around building and have the customer service rep. Call to have someine meet me in the auto center....nice young man took my indo. And keys said one car in front of me should be an hour....now I'm being told at 800am there is an 8 am appt. Ahead of me and they aren't sure how long it will take....service manger doesn't come in until 11am and store manger isn't here today. they arent sure how long it will take to even start mymy car

Wish I could give 0 stars... was told first come first serve oil changes so I come in and am told it's a 3 hour wait (only 4 cars ahead of me). There are no cars in any bays, there is one guy in there doing nothing and another guy out back grilling hamburgers (not positive he is part of the autocare center, but he is right there) picture in photos of empty bays and grill

Does not communicate accurately with the customer. I was told my appointment would be an hour long but at the one hour mark, they finally tell me they're just starting on my tires.
