I brought my new 2024 Ram 2500 diesel here for warranty work. My step brother had purchased a truck here several years ago so I figured I’d schedule my service here. The transfer case was leaking in, what appeared to be, two locations. I notified the service writer that it appeared the case seal and the output seal were both leaking. I dropped the truck off on 9/2 Labor Day as they were planning to look at it the following day. The truck was ready for pickup on Wednesday 9/11. Anthony from the service department was excellent to deal with while Tracy was horrendous. I got the truck home Wednesday evening and noted that the transfer case was still leaking from what appeared to be the case seal. There was a burning smell in the cabin and the transmission temperature was in the 190’s unladen (usually 165-167 unloaded). The output seal was replaced and was no longer leaking; I do appreciate that. However, only part of the repair was completed. I sent a text, including pictures, to Tracy Wednesday evening once I returned home. There was no response the following day. I then called and spoke to Tracy who stated that she never received the messages. I sent a lengthy email, including pictures of the leak that was not repaired. She then responded with a text stating she would “make sure the service manager sees them” regarding the pictures. No one ever called me and she stated that they could get me back in for repairs the following Wednesday. After my truck was at their dealership for 9 days, and they failed to correctly repair the truck, they wanted me to schedule service a week out; unacceptable. You would think that given this scenario the dealership would want to remedy the situation as I was told it was a “do not drive” situation when they called me Tuesday after the initial (partially incorrect) diagnosis. This has to be the worst customer service I have experienced in quite some time. Neither Tracy, nor the service manager, made any attempt to reach out to me regarding this scenario. Fortunately, Stellantis sent me a survey and I was able to elaborate on the extreme level of ineptitude that I endured dealing with Victory. The truck is now at another dealer.

One of the snottiest messages I’ve ever received from a car dealer.
I was looking at a used car with air suspension - reviewed the Carfax maintenance history and saw no mention of air shock maintenance.
Asked the sales person if they had any other maintenance records. They said they did not.
I explained that without maintenance records, I would have to plan to pay for the maintenance needed (it’s a known issue on that model based on years and mileage). Please let me know if they lower their price.
Got a snarky message back from the sales manager saying they would not lower their price and he had rescinded his offer.
Shop elsewhere - high pressure used car bs. Seriously.

I was offered a solid trade in value at another dealer and asked if these guys would even entertain it so i dont waste their time or mine by driving there to find out they wont or cant. The only reason I'm asking because they have a great rebate on 2500's at the moment. I couldn't get a valid answer from whoever I was emailing then out of the blue the sale manager says "We'll just move on"..... horrible customer service.

I had a bad fuel pump on my truck and the dealership was able to get it taken care of in less than two hours without an appointment super professional and responsive thank you guys so much.

Victory Chrysler gave me fast quick service and facilitated my purchase out of state even though I live in Texas. Would recommend more out of state purchases of this type, never settle for local dealers.
