My original salon was closed, so I booked an appt here. I never pay anything over $120 for cut & color. They wanted $205 which is ridiculous. Took my business elsewhere.

I am very upset with my results. I had beautiful long natural curly hair that was passed the middle of my back. I explained how I wanted it cut and length I wanted. I told her I wanted long layers and the layers are completely trash! This was the end result. It's shorter than I wanted and it is completely butchered. I called and talked to girl who had cut my hair and all she could say was she was sorry and for me to go back in to see her and she will fix it for free. This can not be fixed without taking more hair off. I'll be going in and demanding a refund and go somewhere else to have it fixed!Service: Haircut

Everytime I go in they are always so short staffed and never have time for me. I get so frustrated with this location that I go to Geeat Clipd for a quick cut.

This place is NOT good at all PERIOD!. Please I beg you want ever you do DON’T go here. Go anywhere else so they don't mess up your hair and you have to pay someone else to fix. Beyond a waste of time and money. They need to close this place and put a Dunkin in or something useful that brings people more joy and cheer than this place ever will.

I cannot believe I paid for my son’s haircut, I said a trim and they butchered it. I will never get his hair cut there again and the woman that did it should be fired. I added photos to confirm the poor quality.
