I had appointment to get my brake rotators and pads replaced. I purchased the items. They took three hours to replace just my back brakes. I personal feel that that was way to long of a wait especially since every thing was bought already. The price was fair and they seemed to do good work they just took their time doing the work.

I needed 4 new tires and alignment. We were able to get an appointment the very next day. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. They estimated about 1-1 1/2 hours for everything and that’s exactly how long I waited until the car was ready. This was excellent customer service.
