They are both extremely knowledgeable, caring, passionate, and hardworking. I now consider both of them friends. The environment itself is clean and welcoming. I was never one for the gym or for working out, but years ago I decided to change that by joining Alphalete and it has been one of the best decisions I've made. Working with Dylan one-on-one and through the classes I have felt encouraged, motivated, and no judgement as I strived to achieve my goals with his help. It's his knowledge, dedication, and humor that has guided me through each session or class. Even on days I could barely get myself there, I left feeling sweaty, good, and motivated while often laughing with Dylan. It's truly the kindness, understanding, and zero-judgement I have felt at Alphalete and from the entire staff that I have achieved my goals and continue to look forward to the next workout. “Really great experience! Appears to be primarily female lead which my daughter is super receptive to. Great instructors all around. Extremely reasonable pricing and convenient class schedule. Intro class was 1 on 1 which eased all our unfamiliar minds. The little ninjas group (4-6 year olds) is a lot of skill focused games to keep them interested. Sibling discounts available.
Started showing them self defense. Really hard to watch and think about a 4 yo needing that but so important. Demonstrated it in a very safe manner. Taught when it was appropriate to use.

“My wife was attending Tedesco Body Shop her personal trainer was NAT. She asked me to attend her fitness training sessions. This is what I learned over the past few months about why you need a good fitness trainer:1. Knowledge – Nat is very knowledgeable in his field. This saves me time on researching workouts. Nat is passionate about helping you become a better version of yourself.2. Motivation – Nat takes his job serious. Nat is always in an upbeat mode. He is approachable.3. Listens – Nat listens when I say I have pain. Nat finds ways to adapt the training routine around the pains I may be experiencing. He is flexible to my issues on the fly.4. Nat shows great Empathy and patience when teaching new fitness routines.All in all, I have found a knowledgeable fitness trainer that listens. My work outs will continue to be at Tedesco Body Shop.”
“As a collegiate athlete looking to find a way to get back in shape; once college was over. I found Rugged Peaks to be the best decision I have made. It gives you the challenge needed to reach your goals and there are many events that can bring your competitive edge out again (however that's not the main focus). The community within the gym is super supportive and the owners are willing to work with you at any point of your fitness journey. I find myself needing to modify some of the workouts; Adam and Jamie, are always helpful and knowledgeable of ways you can still get an effective workout even if you need to modify. My confidence in myself and just overall boost of energy throughout my day to day has increased significantly since I made the leap to get back into fitness. I think its also super important to keep in mind, that even though CrossFit is intimidating it truly is for people at all stages of their fitness journey. I love how the main aspect of CrossFit is to ensure that your movements are correct, in aims to limit injuries.”

“I attend and enjoy the group exercise classes. There is a wide range of classes and times that work in my schedule. The pricing is also very reasonable. The facility is also clean and accessible. There are a wide range of exercise machines, fitness classes, indoor swimming lessons and pool, and personal training as well as being close to a walking trail, outdoor pool, track, and fields. It's a great location and center for just about anything.”

They offer multiple options for memberships, and it includes focus meetings and childwatch. Yes it is a little more expensive than a normal gym membership but you are getting personal training and one on one meetings all while crushing your goals in just 45 minutes… you pay a little more but you get a LOT more.”
