  If I could rate lower than 1 star, I would. This is by far the worst branch in the Delmont area. Back in summer of 2021, I requested a new debit card due to an unknown transaction on my old one, so the guy, Brad, took down my information and requested that a new debit card be sent out to me. This was probably a week before my family and I were going to Disney for vacation. I waited days on end for the card, which never showed up. I went back to the bank, I told them that I never received my card and it turned out that Brad never sent the request in for my new one. So not only did I have to wait another days, I also had no debit card in time for vacation. I’m not a person who likes to carry cash, so it was very inconvenient. Then just last week, I went back to ask for starter checks so I could set up direct deposit with my job, they gave me the starter checks, however, the account number was wrong on the check, which resulted in me not receiving my paycheck. Very unprofessional.. will NEVER go back

  I just want to say after years of being a customer, the employees and branch managers even the branch managers bosses are telling customers that it's impossible to get business loans through this bank anymore and are sending clients to 1st summit. Honesty goes a long way. I was referred to 1st summit by multiple first commonwealth employees and appraisal companies that first commonwealth uses and what a difference. I kept my personal account with them due to Honesty.

  I think that the ladies at the office are GREAT. I am just so sorry that I can not go inside as I used to do and get a chance to talk to all of them. They have always been very helpful, friendly and courteous
