Richard, at this store was able to untie the Gordian software knot. i had done a great job of getting our 2 family phones on the same phone number. Sometimes you tube isn't such a good idea. Richard was the right man at the right time. Phones are working again. Thanks for your expert help.

I visited the Delmont store a few days ago and the new management team is nothing less than amazing!!! What they have done with the store is awesome and the knowledge that they have is top notch! I highly recommend Dylan and his staff to anyone looking for a good customer service experience
