It’s a great hardware store. Huge variety, fully stocked , extremely clean with helpful staff. This is the model all hardware stores should be based off of!I Look forward to coming back!

I am happy to have close by with out having to drive all the way into greensburg for plumbing and other materials. They have had a lot of different things I need for small projects and I think their prices are reasonable.

Super friendly and helpful staff. I needed a kerosene heater last minute. Every store I checked in the area was sold out. Called Busy Beaver in Delmont and they had 1 left. I was able to pay on the phone and have it ready to pickup. Walt and Christie went above and beyond.

My well water tank recently busted, I needed to purchase a new one and extras that I was going to have to replace. The Manager on duty Walt helped us a bunch! He helped me figure out all the parts that I needed, and basically helped me for almost 2 hours making sure everything fit together. He even made sure that I had all the right tools for the job! The rest of the staff was just as helpful when he had to step away to take care of extra customers. They have a really great staff at the Delmont Busy Beaver! I wouldn't have known what I needed and probably would have been leaving with the wrong things! I am so thankful for the team they have over there, they made me feel like family and they made a stressful experience so much better!

Large store, well stocked, staff very helpful where products are, but some training on how the parts are used. Two different departments, first in paint, I asked for plasticote spray paint for a little tikes mailbox. Paint also used for outdoor plastic lawn furniture. I was escorted to the area where spray paint was, and told "here's our spray paint" and then left alone. I did find an equivalent product, different brand, which was fine. I then proceeded towards the plumbing department for a toilet flapper. As before, was asked if needed help, asked for flapper, told, "it's in plumbing second or third aisle." I did eventually find what I was looking for. The last item I needed was mortar mix .the associate was very helpful he first showed me a 40 lb bag, I asked him anything smaller , like 10 lb for a very small job. He then escorted myself to the other side of the store, near the restrooms (for reference ) where all the cement hand tools were located, they did not have smaller bags, in fact, they had no cement anywhere near the tools themselves,..they had floor leveler, and some quick set floor products, but no concrete, or mortar bags. Even in a very small quantity. This display seemed out of place since concrete and flooring, tile and ect., was located on the other side of the store. The last employee, wish I remembered his name, was very helpful and made sure I was given the proper customer service, even though I couldn't find what I was looking for.

everyone was so helpful and in great moods- i typically go to the big box stores but specifically come here because of the service.
