Joe Bosco Authentic Smokehouse BBQ
55 Broad St, Delaware Water GapSo glad we stopped into Jo Bosco Authentic Smokehouse BBQ after some hiking around the Del Water Gap. OMG, a Must Stop. Food was outstanding! we had the Brisket, Short Ribs, sides & more. The BakedBeans side with Brisket & Pulled Pork mixed in was like a meal on its own, mouth watering. Its a casual, seat yourself. The staff was super friendly & walked around to the tables checking if everything was good multiple times.
After ordering, I asked a simple question about how long it takes to smoke a brisket? Next thing we knew, I was introduced to the owner "mom" who brought us in through the kitchen (very clean & organized) & into the smoker room. It smelled so good in there. Then she sat down with us & shared her whole story of how the place came to be. Such a super nice woman, even gave us some dessert to sample.
Well worth the trip, can't wait to go back & try more!

Sycamore Grille
92 Main St, Delaware Water GapWe came for restaurant week. They were definitely short staffed and a bit slow but the wait was worth it. Everything was delicious. The beet and burrata was incredible. The mussels with peppers were amazing. The butter tasted like pumpkin. I could eat it plain. And the pumpkin cheesecake tasted like it's right from your kitchen. Didn't care for the squash gnocchi. Very gummy. Otherwise, great atmosphere. It was kind of chilly inside. Ample parking lot or street parking. We really enjoyed the experience

Joe Bosco Handmade Ice Cream & Homemade Dessert
55 Broad St, Delaware Water Gap2nd time here, first time had the brisket, after all, it's a bbq joint. Brisket was good but this time I was hankering for a burger and dang if it wasn't the best tasting burger ever!!!! Hand grind brisket burger to be exact. I opted for the American cheese and freshly made shoe string onions, next time I'll skip the cheese, it took away from that brisket deliciousness. Totally relaxed atmosphere with locals galore with friendly counter service. Only annoyance was that damn flip over tip screen when no table service is provided.

Sango Kura
39 Broad St, Delaware Water GapExcellent service, great vibes, bangin' ramen. The slightly sour ale is exactly what I (didn't know I) wanted. Love being able to see the brewing works.
