“Bought my 2023 hunting license here and great experience. At some point Kittanning Walmart created 2 accounts for me during a renewal. When I went to get this year's license from Walmart they basically told me to screw off and fix it on my own, even though they created the issue. Shannok hardware employee Tracy saw the message, called the game with the error message they were getting, and fixed the issue so I could buy a license and go hunting with my family. Because of this process, there was a line forming behind me but she reassured everyone she would get to them as she was fixing my issue. Very grateful.”
