This company is the worst heating oil company for professionalism, customer service, and everything included. They have a good staff with the exception of one person that is very nasty when spoken to. You can't reason with them no matter what you say they think they are always right. Just look at some of the other reviews and see what they say. I don't deserve at my age to get spoken to the way this person did! No one does. There are plenty more heating oil places that treat you with respect and are pleasant.

Terrible service and even worse customer service!!! Very ignorant people that don't take the time to answer questions! I have a 1000 gallon underground tank and recently got $1200 dollars crisis money,, with the outrageous oil prices for $1200 dollars you only get not much over 300 gallons except the driver only pumped in not much over $1100 dollars all because he said he heard a gurgling sound at the top of the vent pipe meaning that he said that meant my tank was completely full!!! Not only was he F.O.S but they still owe me 50 gallons of fuel!!!! I wouldn't recommend them to my worse enemy!!!!!!! Very dishonest business!!! And since they didn't use the full $1200 dollars liheap money they are supposed to send the difference back to liheap so i will be checking on that!! I will never deal with this rip off company ever again!!!!!

Worst job I have ever had. They do not give you breaks even if youre a minor. They work you full time for weeks and then cut you back so they dont have to give you benefits. They have the worst management I have ever seen. Hot headed, unprofessional, and rude.

This places lacks all professional business etiquette. After hearing that Davidsville Fuel made a delivery to my elderly mother's home (which she sold 3 months prior) and then charged her for the delivery (as she has taken residence in an assisted living home), I called the owner of Davidsville Fuel. Initially, I spoke of my displeasure of how they spoke to my mother when she called to sort out the situation. Their rudeness and intimidation caused her to send a check to them (for oil that wasn't hers) because they threatened her with exuberant late fees and a trip to the magistrate. Not even 30 seconds into the call, the owner began blaming my mother for calling for a delivery to her former home. His office assistant, (who spoke to my mother so rudely) was in the background shouting that it was all my mother's fault. Davidsville Fuel could not take the responsibility for their mistake and blamed it on an elderly woman. The owner hung the phone up on me. Here's some business etiquette for next time you make a delivery and charge the former home owner : call the new home owner. Ask if they called for a delivery. If they did, send them the invoice. Another piece of advice : take a course on emotional maturity.

From the nice lady who answers the phone, to the time it takes them to deliver, and the transparent billing....highly recommend!

Great place! Food is amazing inside and fuel is at a great price. Everyone that works there is so nice. If you order fuel they get it to you when you need it, even if it's a weekend and you are in need. They are very family oriented and treat you like part of their family.

I'd give zero if possible. First they refused because they claimed they'd get stuck, yes they would if they didn't listen, they then agreed and listened to me and did not get stuck, now they say they won't because water in basement! I have a pump and there is less than an inch of water in there and is pumped regularly so it is not stagnant. Other companies do deliver and I'm now with a new company. Only place that has refused so far.
