“I love this store. Good stuff cheap. They offer a large variety of hand and power tools and all types of equipment. I've tried many different tools from drill bits to sand blasting equipment to hand trucks. I was satisfied with everything. My favorite so far is the Portland Pole Saw. I have two of them. When l loaned it to my dad to trim a hedge that had gotten too high, he liked it so much that he bought one for himself. I've cut off some sizeable limbs with no problem. It has low kickback which makes it easy to handle and use. Friends have made fun of it when they see it but once they try it, they can't believe how well it works.”
“I like the customer service. There is only one guy that I try to avoid because he is usually really grouchy. You will know who it is as soon as you ask this guy for assistance. But everyone else is great. I have found that ACE prices beat the larger stores.”
“Very wide variety of hardware and home improvement items, given the size of the store. Very easy to get to off of I-81 an US 22 and PA 39. The staff could be a bit friendlier, but maybe I caught them on a bad day”

“This has been my go to store since it opened. I am a contractor. So it's very convenient. They usually have everything I'm looking for. However like every thing else . Prices have jumped dramatically. Parking is a bit of a challenge. Especially for contractor loading because everyone seems to think it's for them because they are to lazy to use the lot . Check out is usually pretty fast if you go after 9 am . Went most contractors are gone. Unlike lowes you don't have to search the store for help . I recommend this establishment”
“Old school. You can buy individual fasteners. This is definitely the place to go for small engine repair. Enjoyed talking with the older gentleman who was in the Air Force at Middletown and will almost certainly never see this review.”

“I came in with a project on my hands to create a platform for a friend’s bed. Ben helped from the beginning to the end told me how to go back to the house and precisely measure where the slats would go and also to give the bed more stability, he recommended legs to support the middle of the bed to attach to the slats . This project turned out Awesome!!!
