Unfortunately, Crescent does not carry faucet parts or even many whole faucets for sale. One can only order things which is no help in an emergency or when something breaks. And they require appointments, no walkins, even though their website does not tell you that. Frankly, you will be lucky to have anyone in the Darlington building even answer the phone. If they had, I would have saved myself a couple of hours and some expensive gas. I won't be returning.

Great selection and incredible customer service. The fixtures we purchased were much better quality than available at a big box store. We were given tons of choices and styles, all with no pressure sales. A+

I deal here regularly. The quality is much better than box stores and all the same brands. You may see the same looking faucet at a big store but if you open the box they are not the same. This is not home Depot. Better quality and MUCH better service.

The only reason they are getting even 1 star is because I cannot give less. Terrible selection and customer service. The owner made a decision himself on our custom shower glass order that we did not want and refused to make it right. We had to go wth a completely different company to fix their mistakes. Horrible experience.
