Very disrespectful & unprofessional! The twins say anything out their mouths. I’ve been coming here for years & stopped before because of this. Started coming back because I didn’t have to make an appointment like most places & their prices are cheaper. If you don’t mind being talked to inappropriately, go & get your nails done. They do nails good sometimes. But honestly, I’d rather pay more somewhere else that has better customer service! I won’t be coming back here again.Services: Nail painting

They good nails but are not really customer friendly. They started closing at 5:00. What about their clients that work?!?!? That sucks!!! ☹️

I've been coming here for about 13 years. I get excellent service. You get what you give. I get my nails and lashes done by Linh, and hair is always on point by Yas. Very relaxing and accommodating!

Don't waste your money on a place with horrible service and even worse customer service. The lady who did my nails was nice until I had an issue. I asked for square and every single nail was round, bulky and uneven. Honestly one of the worst sets I have ever gotten in my 20 years of getting my nails done. Surprisingly when I went to the front desk she said my nails were fine and "how much more square do u expect than that?!" And she said they looked nice and I said really because this is one of the worst sets I've ever seen. She told me there were two different kind of square that's why and one is more round. I told her that would be squoval and I asked for square (they charge more for different shapes anyway) she fixed my nails to how they are supposed to be (thankfully) and then put my nail polish on very uneven and no where close to the beginning of my nail. I asked the guy to fix my polish after fighting with myself to stop bothering these people and he told me "they look nice u can't go close to skin it's not good" I said okay u can go close to mine It's fine. I'm kicking myself in the butt for even giving them a small tip, thinking I was being a pain but really their service is horrible and I will never go here again even as a last resort! My first and last time here. There were also 2 people in there with me who looked completely miserable the service at this place should be a crime they are robbing people and making u feel like you're not entitled to nice nails! I'm sure that 5 star review is one of them!

Love the Twins and their trash talk. The younger girl, pedicurist she is always great and polite. Its nice and fun environment, different from other uptight nail salons. I enjoy always coming there.

Racist and very disrespectful to their black customers. They loudly call their customers fat, bald headed, ugly, etc. They make fun of the violence plaguing our cities, racism in America and any other thing they can say to degrade their brown customers. Once I was halfway through my refill, he started to tell me how big I was and how manly my hands are. I overheard his coworker telling his client that she was too fat for her seat and she would have to pay for the chair if it broke. They literally point out, attack and make fun of every imperfection their black customers have. DO NOT GIVE THESE RACISTS YOUR MONEY!!!!! I went twice and will never, ever go back. Their prices are lower than every other salon, but your dignity and self respect is worth way more than the few dollars that you will save here. Dont give them the benefit of the doubt. Don't allow them to operate in our neighborhood while mocking us in our faces. Worst nail salon in the tri state area. Go anywhere else but here!!!Service: Manicure

I once got an overlay gel manicure on my real nails. One of the gels popped off the very next day. I went back and asked for a repair that day, and the same nail tech who did my nails wanted to charge me ten dollars to repair one nail. I think she was the store owner I was a recurring customer for months before that. I never returned after I experienced how they treat their loyal tipping customers. Especially after mediocre work. It was my first gel manicure and last time ever using a nail salon Because of them I now do my nails at home.

They are very unprofessional and don’t know what to say to their customers. I went in to get a refill on my natural overlay, I asked can he file my Nail a little on the sides because it was thick and he decided to give me stilettos nails without my permission causing to have to cut all my natural long nails short because I didn’t with that style. I’m not young and neither was I going to wedding so there was no need for no stiletto nails. They need to o more listening to customers instead fooling around.Service: Acrylic nails

Great work HOWEVER very rude and unprofessional. Nasty attitudes. The twin that does the lashes is THEE WORST!! VERY NASTY AND RUDE MEN. They need to update the shop and let their work speak for itself. UNPROFESSIONAL

Found this salon via Google and decided to give it a try. #1 The twins are high in demand and I could see why. He took my old looking nails and made them amazing and in less than 20mins. I'm definitely going back!!!Services: Pedicures
