Honestly don’t know why I kept going back on and off for five years. As sweet as the 60+ year old techs (only them) are there is zero quality assurance. The middle aged techs clearly don’t care. I swear they have preferential treatment for specific clients and change prices too. Different nail lengths, shapes, uneven polish consistentlyyyyyyyyy. I had to tell her to remove allll of my previous polish bc she intended on leaving it. Had to change my color bc she still failed. I spend $110 on average and leave annoyed everytime. Then if you ask them to be more thorough they treat you like an annoyance! I always tip regardless but they are overpriced and disappoint every-time. Take your money to Tina’s Nails on Chester Pike. Their service matches their price. Clean salon, redesigned, with great customer service.

My pedicure is terrible i asked for black french tip and i have lines on my toes. each like is a variety of thick and my GEL POLISH is coming off. My last toe nail is half painted and my other toenail is painted like it is growing in sideways. I asked her to redo it at least 3 times and each time it was worse and the attitude grew.

DO NOT GO!!!
UNSANITARY MONEY HUNGRY SNAKES. VERY SNEAKY. Got defensive when asked to clean tools after previous client was nicked and bleeding. Then had the audacity to upcharge when i just got one color. Save your skin and go somewhere else.
Cleanliness: You'll notice they'll pull tools out of drawer. Their not sitting in cleaning solutions. When they cut people they don't spray them down with alcohol or anything.

Rude !! Only about 1 person in this salon can actually polish neatly. I had to return after 3 days for peeling polish and they were very unprofessional and defensive when I showed them my nails chipping. I do not recommend. Go elsewhere!!

this place is horrible. how are they even in business. I stopped in on my way home from visiting a friend, and really wish I didn't. The more I looked around the more I wanted to leave. the price is the same as others, so not even getting a break for the bad service.

I wish there was an option for a no star rating. This place is not clean, stations and tools are not sanitized/sterilized between customers. Techs wear the same gloves while servicing different customers. The techs pretend they don't understand when you ask them to clean or use new gloves. This is not even something a client should have to request, it's standard practice. The equipment should be properly sterilized. If one customer is cut and blood is on the tools, clients are at risk of contracting an infectious disease. DO NOT GO HERE!!

This salon still has reasonable prices. The service was fast. I went in on a Friday evening at around 5:30pm and there was no wait.

Well, i have been doing my nail in this salon for a veery long time, i prefer the older lady who is good at pedicure and the guy that did my refill always. For sometimes now i have not been seen the guy. i do observe they have there prefered custmer which is unprofessional. I came in to do my nail before any customer but they where busy attending to there so called frinds. the worst part of it is that when you call there attention, they will be speaking there language and be laughing at the customer. They did not know that some of us understant there language. They are horrible

I stopped here while visiting family and I'm not mad at this place. We were able to get in without an appointment and got pedicures sitting next to each other. The nail techs were efficient and do a good job. I just got a basic one color polish but they can do hand designs and wax. I would stop in again when in the area.

This place is horrible they tried to reuse the toe spacer and don’t disinfect or sterilize their instruments just rinse them off. Extremely rude and when you have and issue they all start talking in their language about you, a blink disregard for Black people and we’re their source of income!

They are trash, you keep telling them you don’t like something or you don’t want something and they go ahead and do it anyway. Try to flip the script later. They just charge people up.
