Simple process from reservation to pickup. I had to extend my reservation multiple times while I was waiting for my personal vehicle to be repaired. Staff made the extension process very simple. Everyone I encountered at this location was friendly and professional. If needed I would definitely rent from this location again.

Renting from national was seamless. From the online reservations, to the pickup as well as the drop off. Only thing I wasn’t prepared for was the $400 deposit along with the cost of the rental. That should automatically be included in the transaction total. It was blindsiding.
